DO NOT TRUST THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY"! I called ahead to ask if the lifetime warranty on my tint covered sun fading, and the woman on the phone confirmed that it did. But when I arrived at the shop, she completely changed her story. The staff inside inspected my car and agreed the tints were faded--especially the rear window. My car was supposed to be tinted 20% all around, but you can clearly see in the photos that the front windshield is much darker than the back. One of the workers even pointed that out himself. Things took a turn when he called the owner to confirm, and she got on the phone pretending like I hadn't called just two hours earlier. She claimed the shop had "changed owners" the same year I got my tint done, and because of that, they no longer honor the lifetime warranty. If that's the case, why did she tell me otherwise on the phone? Why keep the same shop name, same logo, and same prices--but conveniently refuse to honor warranties from the "old owner"? To make it worse, she offered to redo the tint--for $20 less than what I paid originally. Not exactly a solution when I just wasted a 45-minute drive and had already been misled. Giving two stars only because the workers inside were respectful and admitted the sun fading was obvious. Otherwise, it'd be a one-star review. Bottom line: Save your money and skip the warranty--they'll find an excuse not to honor it. And who knows... they might just "change owners" again when it's inconvenient for them. read more

Would absolutely take every car or truck here. The service was fast and the men working were sweethearts. It was a little chilly in the waiting room, without asking they immediately put a heater in the waiting room. The turnover time was extremely fast and I think the prices are reasonable. What an amazing place and experience. Called in the morning to ask a couple of questions and ended up heading straight over to get my window tints done. Zero wait, pulled right in as soon as I got there. And three workers were already waiting for me to get out of my car to start getting down to business maybe tops 40 minutes before he called me into the shop to go over the Do's and Don'ts for the next couple of days. First time tinter here! Tinted my 2017 Camry in May 2021; 35% up front (no windshield) and 20% in the rear. Paid $350 for ceramic. They also have $200 for carbon global brand. Lifetime Warranty against bubbles, etc. 4 months later, tint is holding up well. On sunny days, you can see clearly into 35% and have to look harder to see into the 20%. On rainy/cloudy days, you cannot see inside, but I also have a dark interior. I might return to darken the front to 20% because I like my privacy. Dina (owner) and Robert (manager) were pleasant and informative. At one point, I asked one of the workers a question about the tint as I was unsure how dark I wanted to go (it's my first time and didn't want an issue with cops). Needless to say, he was not very nice and was quite moody. The manager & owner quickly nipped that in the bud which I appreciated and respected. If a customer has a question about tint, there shouldn't be an argument or attitude as this customer is paying for an expensive service after-all. After tinting, I noticed slight damage; a few scratches and mini rips on my car that was not there before tinting (take BEFORE pics guys no matter what shop you patronize). Hoping it was not intentional. I notified the manager, showed him the pics and he came up with a solution to the problem. Great customer service. They surpassed my expectations. Please google light refraction on rear windshield before tinting. There aren't many Camry tint reviews with pics on the internet so I hope this helped someone! read more

Had a great experience with these folks and the support among their local community, police department, etc. alone makes me want to go back here for my future cars. I can't fully explain how happy I am I found this place. I have always used tropic tint in Union for all all of my cars, but after being told the next available appointment was 3 weeks away I decided to search for another place. After reading some good reviews I decided to call Exclusive. I called them at 10:45 am on a saturday and they told me to come on down. I arrived around 11:30 and they took me right in. They do get busy tho, because at 12:30 they were working on another car (2 bay garage) and had 2 cars waiting. They have multiple people working on your car simultaneously so they finish the job pretty quickly, I was done in about an hour and a half. The place is clean and they always answer the phone. Dina is probably the nicest, most honest business owner I have met in a long time. I inquired about possibly getting some blackout/chrome delete work done but she suggested I don't because in her opinion the car looked classy exactly the way it was. Seriously? most people would have jumped at the chance to take my money. I can't tell you how much I appreciated her for that! She made a life long customer, and I have already referred several friends to her. Ok, on to the tint.... I have a 2018 E400 coupe. I knew I ahead of time I wanted carbon tint but I was torn on which shade. I decided (again with Dinas input) to go with 35% my interior is black so the shade is imo a perfect balance. I waited a week for it to cure before writing this review. It looks great! no bubbles, tears, pealing or nicks. Perfect job! They put a sticker on your door jam, this is your receipt and you have a life long warranty as long as you don't remove the sticker. Also be advised they accept cash only. I highly recommend. If you are going here for anything else like a wrap, chrome delete, rims powder coating, DO NOT GO HERE! My vehicle was outsourced for the work and my car was driven to a whole other city, where the guy performed work on my car and Gina ( the owner of exclusive) charged me an extra 1,000 dollars for simply taking my car to him. I called Exclusive & Dina told me I could bring my car in that day for a better price than any other shop I reached out to. Not only was the price and timeframe convenient, when I told her I wanted 15% tints, she took time out of her day to go over all of my options. At the beginning they asked me what percent did I want the tints and gave me prices for the regular film, the carbon film and I decided to go with carbon since they offer a life time warranty. Anyone can just put tints on a car for you, and convince you that its the type of tints you requested, when in reality, it really wasn't . I purchased a new car and got my tint job done at a place i thought had my best interest, since i had used them in the past, but that was not the case. I drive past Exclusive Window Tinting every single morning because my business is a block away. I was constantly seeing vehicles coming out of the shop after their tints have been installed, and i was truly impressed at how good every single vehicle looked. I immediately recognized a real, professional, and different type of tints than i had. I finally went in one morning, in my car that had just been tinted elsewhere, and was greeted by two staff members, i felt comfortable already.
