The most unprofessional towing services I've ever dealt with. My vehicle was booted in a parking lot, which of course I had to pay, but I was not nearly as upset about paying as I was about the attitude of the driver of the truck. Right off the bat the driver began swearing at me and threatened to have my car impounded after I asked him what I had to do to get the boot off the car. After I paid him, I of course, wasn't having a very polite attitude myself, and was told if I "kept my act up" my car would be intentionally damaged during the towing operation. Along with his attitude was a severe lack of intelligence after trying to tell me my car was registered in another state and said it was reported stolen, and then was unable to locate the vehicle's VIN number which is etched on the windows. As I said, the money didn't bother me. I park illegally, I have to pay, no problem. But there is absolutely no reason for swearing and threats when I try to cooperate with what's happening. read more

Kevin's American Towing Services has been my mechanic also for more than twenty years. Before him I used to get cheated and taken advantage of by other mechanics, but when he was recommended to me he was such a great help. No matter the time of day or night or how the weather is, he always comes through for me. He was tired of continually fixing my old cars, that he himself helped me purchased a good running car at a reasonable price. His fees are very reasonable, while his services are so outstanding that I'm sticking with him for life. Jon S what you wrote about him does not sound like the same company. For all my twenty years dealing business with him, I never once heard him swear or make any threats. The driver is the type of person who will be going about his business, but if he notice someone needing services, he'll stop and do it for free. I had personally witnessed this many times. For the past two decades, I personally and other customers of his that I've met have owed him money and he agreed to accept payments. Everything that Jon S said about this company is not true, unless he is confusing it with another company. There is more I would like to say, so I'll just say Kevin's American Towing Services is the best. read more

At first this stupid review scared me but it was 2 am and he was the only one to answer phone.Kevin the owner answered and said he would be here in 10 minutes,he showed up very fast .He is professional and reasonably priced.I took his cards for all my familys cars. read more

I LOVE Kevin!! Kevin is very professional in every way. I will give you my Itinerary from January of 2018 to Oct 2018 with Kevin. My truck got had gotten stuck around 10:15p on the way to work. I called Kevin and he was there faster than any other Towing company I had ever dealt. I would be waiting 2 - 3 hours for a local tow truck that was very close in the same vicinity. I had another issue with my truck and I had called Kevin this time around 2a in the morning. Again Kevin did not have me waiting long. Now again another issue with my truck 2 months later Kevin to the rescue. Yes my truck is old and I cannot afford a new one. I have been having an issues for different reasons one after the other and I knew I can count on Kevin to be there and he has never failed me. With yet another issue Kevin knew right away what the problem was said mention to the mechanic to check and change my fuel filter. Guess what....they did not listen and after 3 almost four weeks my truck has been in and out of the shop not to mention the thousands I had to pay renting a car. SO I insisted they change the fuel filter and that issue I was having was fixed. This was part of one of the issues I was having when I brought my truck in. Well now I pick up my truck thinking to myself finally this nightmare is over. Nope! it's jerking, shutting down, then working again etc. VERY frustrated to say the least! Now that Kevin has been dealing with this for months as much as I have and because he cares and he really does care about his clients he is not a fake person and very honest. I called Kevin to let him know whats going on and to let him know I may be calling very soon again. He came by to see what was going on because he knew all the financial burden it has become on me. He took the time (Kevin is very very smart and very mechanically inclined) to check everything on my truck out and found the "mechanic" did NOT plug in my o2 censor!! Kevin plugged it in and omg no issue at all!!!! I will Never use that mechanic I had use for more than 3 years knowing that he could miss such a simple thing. Also how do I know know if the parts he put in are new rather than used. If it wasn't for Kevin I would of had to spend another $700 and change to rent a car for a week. I have recommended Kevin to many of my friends and family from the first time he towed me. I never heard anything bad from a few friends who called him already and my brother. I keep Kevin in high regard! I will end this post like this... As you all know it is very rare to find someone who is actually really honest, helpful to clients and not because of the money it's because he actually cares, along with being friendly and professional. I will continue to recommend Kevin even to strangers and at my place of business. Kevin thank you again so very much!!!! read more
