When I questioned what happen to fixing the rim I was asked by the shop person, "Oh, we were supposed to do that?" It was clearly on the insurance estimate we both had. Still, 5 months later they cannot get the rim and did not call to update me of their efforts or non-efforts... Call to get refund told to come down, go to the shop, will not reimburse the full amount they got paid (including labor and sales tax) from the insurance company, only the cost of the rim which they did not obtain/ install etc. STAY AWAY, under poor ownership. Cannot stress it enough, do not go to this shop!

To have the manager tell me "I had the car back for over 2 weeks and it probably wasn't their fault" I have documentation I had the car back for 4 days 2 of those days I work in Midtown so I don't drive.
