This was a rental property that was transitioning tenants, so I needed a service that can HELP ME not need me to compromise my time, money and angst over whether or not they'll actually do what was planned. I spoke with Kathy and she was as accommodating as I needed. Worked out perfectly, a 3-person crew was able to come out within 2 hours of the phone call. Which was 1 hour before I was able to get there. I provided my garage code and then they started cleaning. 3 ppl is perfect as it makes the cleaning FAST. When I arrived, a 3-person crew was there as planned, they had a clearly marked car/van indicating who they were (I think they also had company branded shirts). They whore masks and gloves, cleaned all the usual stuff but also blinds & ceiling fans. Another thing I thought was helpful is they asked me if there was anything they can clean that wasn't typical. This is important because often times with services like this things go unasked or assumed. In short, as a landlord I'm always looking for a service that can help me. If I find one then I'm a repeat customer. I definitely will be because they made my life a lot easier that day AND the final invoice was within their estimated cost!

Nearly colliding with the 3 cars that were able to accurately see both and merging after the light. As for complaints that this review is not on topic... The drivers represent the company when in the company vehicle and your company would have been the one on the hook if any of those collisions had happened.

He gave a straight forward and honest answer to what work needed to be done and what could wait. He was very trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We got some quotes from a few "big guys" in town which were unsurprisingly more expensive. Those other guys also seemed more interested in making a sale than earning my HVAC business for the long term. When we selected America Sunshine, Luis walked me through the various heat pump options and when I asked which one he would go with, he amazingly didn't select the most expensive one! He told me I would get the most bang for my buck with one particular unit and had plenty of reasons to back up his opinion. It's too early to tell if we selected the right unit but so far so good. When Luis came out to install the unit, he showed up with his brother, son, and an additional worker. They were all very courteous and did a good job of picking up after themselves and keep dirt to a minimum. Ruiz did a patch job on some drywall which was exceptional and I can't even tell where he worked. They did a great job of removing the old equipment and taking care of the small things like electrical, old piping, holes etc. It looks like the old system was never there. They also periodically updated me and my wife so we knew what was going on. When I thought the project was done Luis took time to show me some pictures. Everything looked perfect to my untrained eye but Luis said he wasn't happy with some of the piping he just installed. He asked if he could come out the next day to replace it. You could tell that most people would have just let it ride but he is a bit of a perfectionists. At no cost to me, he came back out and made sure that everything was perfect about the job. I have to admit I was a bit worried due to the fact that replacing an AC is a huge cost and you want to make sure it's done perfectly. Luis and his company rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. He will definitely be my AC guy going forward and I learned that Ruiz is a pretty good tile guy as well. I think my wife already has the next job lined up for them.

Bruni began to force us to change our day and time through misleading statements and mistruths. What we thought was temporary was really manipulated into a new time without our knowledge or consent. When confronted Bruni who spoke and understood English well in the beginning now could not understand English. She blamed and lied on us forgetting that we share information and see each other throughout the week- so we know what was said, what was texted, and what was or was not agreed to. It was really an odd situation and her cleaning crew members also became very aggressive and dismissive and began doing very sloppy work. When confronted Bruni only praised their work and but took no accountability. Again, I warn everyone not to use the services of this business.
