Our house is a 2 story 2400 sqft home and it was completely empty when they came. They were supposed to get it ready for our move which was happening the next day. Part of the rate included cleaning out drawers and wiping them down, floors, oven, fridge. Fast-forward and these floors are absolutely disgusting. They're still stuck on dirt in the corners, which means they never washed the floors thoroughly. As I go to put utensils away in the kitchen drawers, I noticed the drawers are still gross, there's crumbs from the previous owners so those were not wiped down thoroughly. Genuinely I have no idea what they did while here. The crew was nice, but the work is absolutely terrible. I still can't believe we paid such a high rate for dirty floors, dirty cabinets, and a sloppy job.

    BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    I know this will sound a little overboard, but this service has been extraordinarily essential not…read morejust a luxury: I suffer from a crippling disability and having the crew come in and help take care of my house provides me such a clean environment organized that I am able to function better and my mental health is better. I know this sounds very deep and almost clinical but I can tell you after years and years and years of suffering. This is a service that I trust and I'll say that again, I now have complete trust and Rosa her crew and I really believe this is helped so much. I will continue to use the service as needed, and encourage others to feel comfortable in the fact that they will provide a good cleaning a good price and are consistent. Thank you for your help.     We used this company to do a deep/move in clean when we closed on my mom's house. They did a decent…read morejob upon first glance- like the floors were mopped, blinds dusted, the counter tops were cleaned and it smelled good. But over the next few months I have found many things that were missed. Two chandeliers were not dusted, several fans had not been cleaned, cabinets were still dusty and dirty, there was still grease caked on the kitchen backsplash, and the tops of the cabinets were filthy. In a nuts shell, many things above eye level were missed. I have spent a lot of time cleaning the house myself since this service was provided to us, and that is something I was trying to avoid by hiring this company. I would have assumed that having 5-6 women cleaning the house for 4 hours would have been sufficient enough to have an empty house move in ready, but now I'm wondering what all they were doing for those 4 hours for it to still be this dirty after they left. Reply to owner 5/13/26- At the time of the cleaning walkthrough, I was given 5 minutes to tell the crew what was missed. Obviously, I was not able to climb up on a ladder and inspect every single ceiling fan, high shelf or chandelier in that time, nor would I want to. I have been working on my mom's house for 5 months fixing things and remodeling it, and over that time have found a significant amount of dirt and grime that has remained. My mom has not yet moved into the house, and still today, THE HOUSE REMAINS EMPTY. So the filth left in the home was not made by us, it was from the previous owners who moved out in November 2025 (your cleaning was done 12/11/25). When I say "filth"- I mean a THICK layer of dirt, grease and dust. When changing out lighting fixtures and ceiling fans, I should not have to wear a hazmat suit to prevent falling dust from landing on my head or from having to inhale it if the house had been thoroughly cleaned. And no one has cooked anything since the previous owners moved out, so I'm not sure how you would explain the sticky grease on the backsplash that I have had to scrub off myself. Did I mention- THE HOUSE REMAINS EMPTY? I am not seeking compensation, I am simply giving an honest review of the service we received in December. I realize that I could have reached out earlier, but I was not as bothered at that time. Now that I've been working on the house for months, I have had plenty of time to find all the areas that were overlooked and all the cleaning I have had to do has become beyond frustrating. That is why I am just now writing this review. I also think it would be nice if you, as a business owner, would take some accountability of the situation, instead of throwing the blame back on the customer by saying "you have obviously been living in the home for the last 5 months". Is it "obvious"? Because again, did I mention- THE HOUSE REMAINS EMPTY.

    I scheduled a cleaning appointment for my rental property, confirmed the date/time, agreed on the…read morefee, and even sent the address the day before so there would be no surprises about the location. The property is almost an hour away for me, and I drove there specifically to unlock the home and meet the cleaner at the scheduled appointment time. Right when the appointment was supposed to begin, I received a message saying she could not make it because the drive was "too far." This was disappointing because the address had already been provided in advance, and travel distance should have been considered before confirming the booking. I normally understand when emergencies happen, but after reading another review describing the exact same issue -- a last-minute cancellation because the location was too far -- this seems more like a pattern than a one-time situation. Professional communication and reliability are extremely important, especially when clients are arranging schedules and driving long distances. Unfortunately, this experience was a major inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time and money. This pushes back my rental turnover time. To your response: You knew the area our home was located days in advance, and the exact location the day before. Yet you waited until the time of our appointment to cancel because it was inconvenient for you. (Not because of an emergency, which would be understanding) We took time off of work to drive an hour to open our rental for you. Thank you very much for wasting our time.

    We hired them to clean a rental property after being vacated by the tenant. Several issues:…read more 1) they said they would be there between 9 and 10. At 10 we were still waiting. When I texted at 10:06 they said they'd be there in 10 minutes. At 10:30 they said they are arriving now. Finally arrived at 10:50. Wasted 2 hours of our time 2) their system is extremely irritating with excessive texts, reminders, and emails warnings of extra fees (parking etc) if you don't do this or that. We got over a dozen unnecessary messages 3) when they arrived we were surprised to hear how many things were 'extra'. Shame on us for not reading the agreement carefully, but we'd had services before and they didn't charge extra for blinds, bathroom cupboards, kitchen cupboards, the blinds dusting, refrigerator etc. 4) after all that the service itself was mediocre. We had to redo the stove top and kitchen sink and the face of the appliances. They took our roll of paper towels we had in the kitchen. Countertops were not to our standard. The dispatcher tried to help and was sympathetic and offered a small discount, but I'd have far rather paid full price and saved 2 hours and not had to spend time later finishing the job. Would not use them again.
