They showed us how the negative air machine works and the filter they use in the negative air machine before - and after carefully exiting with the dirty ones. Later we were able to inspect them outside! There were playing cards, a pine cone, and a massive, disgusting amount of dust/grime among other things. They uploaded a bunch of before and after pictures of the ducts along with the invoice and sent an email after they left. The work was not cheap but the quality seemed good and certainly worth doing after our crawl space had a few rodents intrude.
