The owners of this business have been dismissive, defensive, non-responsive, and not particularly service oriented. Really an unfortunate experience given the amount of money spent on this transaction. Specifically, Revival failed to deliver warranty documents that were required to be provided to me upon the completion of work, as specifically noted in the statement of work. Even though warranty documents were not provided, Revival's owners demanded immediate payment in full. Revival also failed to advise ahead of time about County inspections that needed to be completed after installation. This easily could have been communicated to me up-front but was not, and led to a lot of last-minute scrambling with my tenants when inspectors showed up without notice, or notified us of follow-up visits. Note to Revival owners: Going forward, please treat your paying customers with more respect, anticipate their needs, and don't send long-winded defensive treatises when customers reasonably object to the way they're being treated. These are fairly easy-to-implement service changes and would really improve your service model.

Taseca replaced all of them with modern, energy efficient vinyl windows. Ordering new windows is easy. The response from the company, scheduling, and installation were excellent. I phased the window replacement over three visits and for each visit, the crew arrived promptly, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after the job was done. I was very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of the Taseca crew. The new windows easily passed the PUD inspection and helped me qualify for a rebate. One window was so poorly installed by the previous contractor that the entire frame of the window had to be redone. Taseca took on the work and spent an afternoon making things right. It took 2-3 weeks for a quote and that was only after prodding from a mutual party. I responded to the quote within a day and never heard back. It's been 2.5 months with no reply. I ended up going with Window World of Portland, at a higher cost, because they gave a quote quickly and have communicated during the entire process. If you're unable to take on a specific job, just tell client instead of leaving them hanging... I would respect that way more and may consider you for a different job in the future.

Scheduling is a total crap shoot. The service today (Sept 2026) was completed for the AC side of the unit. This was third reschedule of our appointment. Technician arrived in company vehicle. Had a 'company' shirt on, but totally unbuttoned. After moving his van that he just parked in driveway (without asking and blocking both garage doors), he only had a t-shirt on (and his fancy gold chain). He then tells us he will need access to the claw space and all the attic. He needs to check the ductwork. They DIDN'T check the ductwork when they did the install, why does he need it now??? On the checklist of 'service' provided, checked that we needed surge protection on both units. Funny thing, we had to pay additional for them to add surge protector in our panel or there would be no warranty. And that wasn't cheap. I am unclear what we are receiving for this service plan...he didn't check any of our inside filters. Did 'clean' outside coil (with our hose) and sort of put the hose back (not well at all, just a pile). It's apparent, no prep for these visits occur, because we keep them and check them. What could improve??? Thanks for asking. COMMUNICATIONS! You are changing your process and adding ductwork to the plan, will need access. Cool, great, we will be ready. Actually keep scheduled appointments, that would be very nice. And maybe some retraining on professional attire??? We had to prepay the service plan. Are we getting any value from it? Hard to tell when there is zero consistency. We have our November 2026 heater service scheduled. Will update when (and if) that happens. The equipment has been fine, the cx, well it's been barely there.
