They fixed some damage caused by other contractors to the exterior vent cover and piping and I'm not sure our dryer has ever worked so well. Their bid was not the lowest, but during the time spent preparing the bid they really convinced me that they knew what they were doing and would not cut any corners. From what I can tell they did not. I would heartily recommend them for any dryer venting needs you might have and suspect they do as fine a job with HVAC ducting as well.

He first asked me questions to see if I really needed his services. Per my answers, he really didn't see an issue. But I made an appointment just to make sure. John was super nice and answered all of my questions. The outside vent cover was super old and brittle and he replaced it. I was watching everything he was doing so I could learn. He pointed out some things to keep an eye out for, but with my setup he said that I should never need service. And if anyone said so, he'd be skeptical. I told him that's why I had his number in my phone. He provided a lot of value with the information he was sharing with me. Trustworthy and all around nice guy. I highly recommend his services.

The one company that will will take me on will not write in a water sewer backup clause, and there is no way I would not have that coverage. Due to the bathtub faucet not being put back together correctly, I had flooding in my kitchen, bedroom closet and master bathroom. Because the tile could not be matched, the entire bathroom had to be redone. Not only did I have 6 months of disruption/construction in my house, I'm now going to pay more in insurance and I don't have the ability to change my insurance without high risk to me financially. I do not recommend this company. Nobody ever reached out to me after the damage, however they did call the Flood Pros without telling me that they had done so when I called in a panic on a Saturday night. The initial reason I called them was to fix an bathtub faucet that was dripping in the tub, and I ended up with a disaster.

The return job was completed somewhat satisfactorily. When they returned to complete the job, the owner kept making statements about me updating the review to 5 stars in exchange for coming back and completing the original job. Read the 4 star review on here, as it was the same with that person as it was with us. Just like everyone elses negative reviews the Groupon is a bait and switch. They came to our house told us everything was very dirty and that everything will need to be brushed no vacuumd so our Groupon was worthless. $450 for a half done job(see pictures of AFTER the original work was done). We requested a detailed invoice of the service and when we didn't receive it I called to find out what the delay was. The person I spoke to just kept reiterating the same thing over and over. How dirty everything was and how they cleaned it and I was to prove to him where it was still dirty. Mind you he was looking at this very same review while on the phone. The last red flag that is they only take venmo AND it goes to a private individual under the name Marlene Gomez Perez. Please do not use this company.

David came out and did an inspection and said that since it was so bad he was going to squeeze us in that week. His 5 member crew that came out that Sunday - Roberto, Bartolo, Juan, Diego and Jose - were professional, very nice, and hard working. We were so happy we went with this company. It turned into a two day job with all the removal and replacement they had to do. Additionally, we needed a garage fan installed in gable of garage for airflow. The team did all this, and even came back a few days later to confirm fan louvers were closing as intended when fan turns off (for a moment, looked like they weren't working properly so we let Sun Glow know). They also had a plumber come out to do a quick fix on a bathroom faucet that had gone askew when Electricians were installing new wall outlet. Sun Glow wasn't the least expensive of all quotes we got, but as new and first time homeowners, you have to make a decision to invest in your house for yourselves in the now and for potential sale in the future. They had good representation and presence on Yelp, Google, and Angi's listing, showing longevity and commitment to tasks and efforts for quality service. So, yeah, we went with Sun Glow and now we have the satisfaction that things were done to code, and we know if anything did go wrong (related in scope of work) they'd be sure to come out and fix it. Thumbs up.
