The technicians arrived right on schedule. They were extremely courteous and I asked them to explain the process before they began. The cleaning was thorough as they meticulously went through each vent and the main duct system. As expected there was a slight smell when starting the furnace back up (not dissimilar to how it might smell after being off all summer) but that cleared up quickly. We haven't had them cleaned in the 12 years we've been here (I know, I know...) but I really expected them to be worse. They even replaced the filters on the furnace (I provided them). We could not be happier with the results! Jake G and Cody showed up on time, and after a walk through to show them all of the vents, they got to work. We have 25 vents and four intakes. They finished the job way faster than we expected. Both Jake and Cody were extremely courteous and they worked like a smooth running machine, both handling their side of things in a seamless manner. Cody was inside the whole time, while Jake was under the house taking care of business there for a while. Their attention to cleaning would have made our housekeeper jealous. They cleaned around the vents before they started, then just inside and around it again after removing and cleaning the vent cover. After the duct was cleaned, they again, cleaned around the outside and then after the vent cover was reinstalled. After they were done, we were shown before-and-after videos of the ducts. The return job was completed somewhat satisfactorily. When they returned to complete the job, the owner kept making statements about me updating the review to 5 stars in exchange for coming back and completing the original job. Read the 4 star review on here, as it was the same with that person as it was with us. Just like everyone elses negative reviews the Groupon is a bait and switch. They came to our house told us everything was very dirty and that everything will need to be brushed no vacuumd so our Groupon was worthless. $450 for a half done job(see pictures of AFTER the original work was done). We requested a detailed invoice of the service and when we didn't receive it I called to find out what the delay was. The person I spoke to just kept reiterating the same thing over and over. How dirty everything was and how they cleaned it and I was to prove to him where it was still dirty. Mind you he was looking at this very same review while on the phone. The last red flag that is they only take venmo AND it goes to a private individual under the name Marlene Gomez Perez. Please do not use this company.
