Lucas and Autumn showed up after they had finished another job across town. They arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled but called first to insure we were ready for their services. They arrived wearing company uniforms and put on shoe covers to protect my floors. The job took less time than anticipated. They cleaned up everything nicely like they hadn't ever been there. Both employees were personable, answered my few questions and are a fine example of workers you want working in your home. The picture below shows at least 34 years since it's last cleaning, if ever. Lucas is a great team leader and treated his co-worker with respect. I will recommend this team and company to everyone. I can only hope my furnace installers are as professional. read more

Better Air Northwest - Dirty duck cleaning - Air Duct Cleaning Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

Jake L & Keaton were great! They were courteous, on time and took care to keep things clean. They cleaned the air ducts and my dryer vent. They took time to show me various found items from the ducts that they thought I might want and, afterwards, they showed me what the filter looked like - yikes! - glad I had them cleaned. I was glad that there was very little fragrance in what they used to clean the ducts - I'm super sensitive to smells. When I turned the heater on later that night, I smelled nothing at all. I highly recommend Better Air Northwest! read more

We had Better Air Northwest come clean our HVAC system. Jeremy & Brenden were our techs. They did a great job, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of our space and wore shoe covers without me having to ask. The prices are competitive and the work was of quality. I'd recommend hiring these folks if you need this service. read more

Our HVAC company owner told us that Better Air Northwest would be the only duct cleaning service that he would recommend, so we hired them to clean our HVAC ducting. We could not be happier with the results! Jake G and Cody showed up on time, and after a walk through to show them all of the vents, they got to work. We have 25 vents and four intakes. They finished the job way faster than we expected. Both Jake and Cody were extremely courteous and they worked like a smooth running machine, both handling their side of things in a seamless manner. Cody was inside the whole time, while Jake was under the house taking care of business there for a while. Their attention to cleaning would have made our housekeeper jealous. They cleaned around the vents before they started, then just inside and around it again after removing and cleaning the vent cover. After the duct was cleaned, they again, cleaned around the outside and then after the vent cover was reinstalled. After they were done, we were shown before-and-after videos of the ducts. We cannot recommend Better Air Northwest enough, and would use them again without hesitation. read more

Jeremy and Vlad came out to clean out three dryer vents/exhausts. They were so professional and friendly. They were fast and thorough, as well. They had to get up on the third story roof and did so with smiles. I look forward to using Better Air Northwest again in the future and recommending them to everyone I know! The pricing was very reasonable! Thank you! read more

We used Better Air Northwest back in 2018 and they did a phenomenal job. They explained the process of covering each air register to increase the suction at each register so debris/dust will have the best chance at making it to their vacuum. I appreciate them following industry standards to deliver the best possible outcome. Unfortunately this year we used another local company and their process was dismal, they left dust and debris in every room and did not cover each register. We are having the cleaning redone by Better Air Northwest as they do it right the first time. read more

Lucas and Brendan were the technicians and they did a great job- they were professional and personable, and thorough in their work. I have used Better Air Northwest for a couple years now and they are always knowledgeable and competent, while being competitively priced. I highly recommend their services. Thank you Lucas and Brendan. Janet H read more

The guys were great. Fast work and cleaned things up nicely. Explained things well for the work that was bring done.

This review is a little late--we had our dryer vents cleaned a month ago--but I couldn't let it go without giving credit where it's due! Jeremy and Tristen showed up right on time and were fantastic--super friendly, funny, and professional. They got right to work, finished quickly, and even took the time to walk us through how to keep things clean and safe between professional visits. I've been using Better Air Northwest for over 10 years across two homes, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my duct and vent cleaning. Now that I've met Jeremy and Tristen, I'll be requesting them by name going forward. Great company, great team--highly recommend! read more

Overall customer experience was amazing with Better Air Northwest! From the beginning with scheduling with Lynn - they were able to get us in quickly to clean our dryer vents. The technicians who arrived were professional and did a great job. Thanks Andres and Vlad! Definitely would recommend their work and business. read more

Wow. I am so happy our HOA told me to ask Better Air Northwest about installing new fans in our bathrooms and laundry room. I had talked to two other firms about the job. The first firm quoted a very high price without even coming out to see the job - and if I wanted them to see the job, they wanted $225 to do that. The second firm did come out to see the job but quoted an even higher price and refused to look in the attic to see the current venting. Melissa at Better Air NW sent out Eric and he was awesome. He jumped on a ladder, looked in the attic, checked out the entire job, and provided an electronic estimate the same day. They did not charge a trip fee for the estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable. Scheduling the job to be completed with Melissa was super easy and through email -- which I always prefer. Edgar showed up on time, used plastic to protect everything and did an outstanding job. He was great with my dog, super nice, and easy to communicate with. Several hours into the job, Edgars team member, Matt showed up and gave him a hand in finishing the job. They left my house so clean. I've worked with a lot of vendors the last 40 years and usually I have to clean up even after they have cleaned up. This was probably the BEST experience I have had with a vendor ever. Oh, and our new fans are so quiet! And Powerful. If you need new fans, contact Better Air NW! read more

The folks at Better Air NW were amazing! Incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. My partner and I just bought our first home, and they were able to educate us on the type of system we have along with giving us information about the filters as well. Stoked to hire folks that help educate us rather than make us feel stupid. Kindness goes a long way! Would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned! read more

Josh and Alec were Awesome. Simple, clear, and kind. They got the job fast and easy and showed us all the gunk they pulled out in their filter at the end, I'm so glad we had it done. We hired a different company before, cleared all my housemates schedules, only to have them come out 5 hours late and tell us they couldn't clean our vents due to how old they were. Better Air NW came out ahead of time to make sure this was a job they could do. I am much pleased. read more

Greetings, Better Air Northwest's Sharon called to arrange an appointment to test for leakage prior to a retrofit to our aging HVAC system. Sharon was able to assign a technician for same-day service. Delighted with Better Air Northwest's accommodation in terms of our schedule requirements, the best was yet to come. Edgar arrived on-time after providing advance notice by both phone and text. Edgar thoroughtly explained the air check procedure with a high level of professionalism, asked to see the air outlets and intakes, and was thoughtful by using protective footwear. Friendly and pleasant, Edgar completed the necessary procedure with effortless mastery. Without reservation, we recommend Better Air Northwest and technician Edgar for HVAC services. Many thanks for such a positive experience. Sincerely, Andrew & Donna Gregg, Vancouver, WA. read more

I recently had Better Air Northwest clean the dryer duct in my home. The duct had never been serviced since the home was built, and it was taking 2 to 3 times the "typical" amount of time to dry loads of laundry. Andres and Vlad came out and had the ductwork cleaned within a half hour. They provided us with pointers about how to maintain our clothes dryer to improve airflow through the ductwork. This is the second time I've had Better Air Northwest out to my home - last year, they cleaned the air ducts for my HVAC system. I'm very pleased with their work, their responsiveness, and their service. Definitely deserving of a 5 star review! read more

Booking was easy. Office staff was pleasant to work with. What an amazing company. Joe & Anthony 2.0 went above and beyond in cleaning our ducting & vents. They take a lot of pride in what they do & if you have never had your ducting cleaned you will want to. So much nasty dirt hidden where you can't see it! They also cleaned our dryer and duct that was totally clogged & probably prevented a future fire Thanks guys for making us feel so much better about what (doesn't) come out of our air vents now read more

Better Air Northwest - Vacuum filter from cleaning our ducting - Air Duct Cleaning Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

From start to finish, this company was extremely helpful. I had a scheduling conflict I didn't realize right away and had to reschedule a few times and they were happy to help. The service itself was great, they gave me a call when they were on their way as promised and did thorough work and were very professional. Our home is 50+ years old and likely never had the ducts cleaned, made us feel better about moving in to have clean air to breathe. Very glad I found this company and hope that others do the same. Jordan and Lucas are the ones who worked in our home and they were great. read more

A few weeks ago I had Better Air NW service my mother's house. I was so impressed with their work that I reached out to them again to do my home also. Alec and Jake arrived on time and were equally as amazing as the guys that did my mother's house were. They were professional, polite, respectful, and when the extra mile on everything they did. I am so impressed with these guys and would refer this company to anyone who has ductwork cleaning needs. read more

Justin and Juan were absolute pros! We had to reschedule several times due to delays in our heat pump installation and Better Air was highly understanding. When Justin and Juan arrived they were respectful of our space and highly educational; Justin took the time to walk me through the testing process and explain the functionality they evaluated. As a newbie with ducting, it was incredibly helpful to understand how the system works and what to keep an eye out for. They were in and out quickly, worked efficiently, and they were fun to hang out with! We'll definitely reach out for any additional needs--thank you Justin and Juan. read more

Jeremy and Allan did a great job helping to get the pet smell from the previous resident out of the duct, along with at least two cats worth of fur, and went above and beyond to clean out a mess in older ducting. Great folks, would recommend without reservation. read more

Better Air Northwest was recommended to me to clean the ducts as I have a relatively new heat pump and also am post kitchen reno (so I knew it was needed). Jason and Alex did an excellent job of telling me what they were going to do; and were very professional and thorough. I couldn't believe all the debris that was removed....and how clean my vents looked afterward. Thank you Better Air Northwest. read more

Don't hesitate to hire Better Air Northwest for your duct cleaning. They were incredibly thorough throughout the process. Called to let me know when they were coming, worked quickly while doing a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Jason and Lucas were accommodating when I had meetings or calls to work in different parts of the house. When I had a problem after they left, they came back to fix it without any hassle. I'm very pleased with this company and will definitely work with them again. read more

I just had my ductwork cleaned by Blake, and am very pleased with the quality of service that I received. He called in advance, asked if he could come early, walked me through the entire process, and went to work. I work from home, and there was minimal disruption. Blake was courteous, efficient, and a great representative of Better Air Northwest. I appreciate the before and after photos. There are a lot of questionable Air duct cleaners around, and my previous experience was very poor. I am relieved to have dealt with Better Air, and will gladly refer my friends. Thank you for a job well done Blake. I can tell the difference already, and look forward to less congestion. Cindy L. read more

Joe and Max did a great job at our house, cleaning our heating ducts and dryer vent. They were courteous, pleasant and very respectful. They were even considerate of our cat! The ducts are completely clean now and my throat feels so much better. They also make sure you know what's going on every step of the way, and show you the final outcome (a giant vat of gross dust and dirt) so you get maximum satisfaction. Highly recommend. read more
