Mike came out and was very succinct. The Groupon price was $39 (after discounts) but he said our furnace was really dirty and it was, that made our discounted price a bit more. He was thorough and we appreciated his guy who was so efficient. Thank you Mike! read more

UPDATED 11/15/2025 After my complaint about the service the company offered to returned to reclean our vents and ducts in exchange for me either taking down the review or giving them 5 stars. The return job was completed somewhat satisfactorily. When they returned to complete the job, the owner kept making statements about me updating the review to 5 stars in exchange for coming back and completing the original job. Read the 4 star review on here, as it was the same with that person as it was with us. Just like everyone elses negative reviews the Groupon is a bait and switch. They came to our house told us everything was very dirty and that everything will need to be brushed no vacuumd so our Groupon was worthless. $450 for a half done job(see pictures of AFTER the original work was done). We requested a detailed invoice of the service and when we didn't receive it I called to find out what the delay was. The person I spoke to just kept reiterating the same thing over and over. How dirty everything was and how they cleaned it and I was to prove to him where it was still dirty. Mind you he was looking at this very same review while on the phone. The last red flag that is they only take venmo AND it goes to a private individual under the name Marlene Gomez Perez. Please do not use this company. read more

Excellent work at fair prices. The fast working team cleaned up rat and squirrel waste in the attic and crawl space and also replaced vapor barrier all in one day. They also removed a bunch of trash/junk in the attic that had been left by previous owners. I never thought I'd call an attic pretty after seeing it without junk and waste! Thank you Best Solution Services!!! read more

Mike and his team did a good job and were quick and efficient. However, if you buy a groupon voucher for vacuuming and he tells you, when you make the appointment, that you will likely need services that cost a lot more, believe him and do not agree to the appointment unless you are willing to pay more. read more

I have never had any duct cleaning done to my home since purchasing 5 years ago and was concerned when I found out it's important to do at least once or twice a year so I gave Best Solutions Services a call and they were able to do it right away just like clockwork , crew was very respectful and thorough . I'm glad they will follow with me on my next duct cleaning . read more

Worst service ever. They don't even look at the groupon you purchased. 4 guy come over speaking no English, then they call their boss who is the only one that speaks English. It's the biggest con, they lie to you about your duck service and change you $600 foe 15 min of work. I even caught them in a lie saying they cleaned my gas furnace and I told the English speaking dude he's a lie because I have an electric furnace. Thus company needs to be in jail for the fuckery they bring to society. It's sad. read more

Good quality service and customer support. I recommend to everyone. They came on time and gave best quote.

BEWARE Groupon "BAIT AND SWITCH" SCAM!!! I got a Groupon for a $45 HVAC vacuum job. Mike and his guys came out and literally, the first thing he asked when he walked in was, "How many vents are there?" I told him 13, and he said the charge would be $25 a vent, for a total of $325. I was confused and told him I only wanted the Groupon vacuum service. Mike said my vents were too dirty and the job was literally "impossible" to do without brushing first. The weird thing is, he said this BEFORE he opened up any vents to check how dirty they were. This means he had preemptively decided to lie about my HVAC being too dirty in order to charge me extra for brushing, probably because he assumed I (like most people) was totally ignorant about my HVAC system. What Mike DIDN'T know, is that I'm also a handyman and I was just working on our vents, patching holes and doing some cleaning myself. That's why I got the Groupon in the first place, so they could clean the last few parts I couldn't reach! Not only that, Roth Heating and Cooling came out and fully serviced them less than two years ago. The point is, my vents are not that dirty at all, a brief vacuum job would have been fine. When I refused this aggressive upsell, Mike got lowkey hostile and told me to get a refund for the Groupon, gathered up his guys, and left. But later when I tried to get a refund, Groupon told me that he refused to comply with a refund request. So he refused the job, then later refused the refund. Yup, that's called a scam. Lastly, look at the other negative reviews. They all match up with my experience. I see the "owner" replying and refusing to apologize or take any accountability for anything. Instead, it looks like he just calls his customers liars. This is not a professional business, just some sketchy young men trying to make a quick buck. read more

I'm so thankful for this team! I'm a first time homeowner and learning the ins and outs of what to do to care for my home, in a home that was previously owned by people that appear to have never done any maintenance at all. I learned today that dryer vent ducts and vents through the house should be cleaned yearly, after 4 years in my house (yikes!) and I panicked a little bit and started contacting people right away to help me get them cleaned up. BSS contacted me right away and gave a thorough explanation of their services and what to expect price wise. They were able to come out same day, and had safety precautions in place given the COVID-19 situation- masks, gloves, booties. So grateful they did this since I didn't want to further delay this service and risk a fire hazard. BSS did a thorough look around the house and explained how many vents there were, what each would require, and what the dryer duct would require. They also showed us before and after videos to show how much of an improvement they made. My boyfriend and I were a little terrified when we saw how much came out of the dryer duct- it was definitely a fire hazard and they cleaned it up incredibly thoroughly! My house is just shy of 2500 sq ft and they had everything done in less than 2 hours at a very reasonable price. This team also went above and beyond, realizing me and my boyfriend have limited experience with fixing household stuff, and asked about our air filters etc. and took the time to explain to my boyfriend how to change them and what sizes we needed. They did not need to do this at all, we appreciated the extra time and attention so much that we will definitely be using them in the future as they made us feel like smarter and more prepared homeowners! Thank you for all you did! read more

Israel and his team came on time, said it was impossible not to do a deep clean of the house. The crew did the dryer and full house suction, and the vents, and the furnace. I was told there was more dirt in my system than I thought. They were clean and fast. You can tell a difference after they were through. read more

Mike is a Good and Fast Service guy to deal for vent cleaning service. Good Quality of work and upto satisfaction level work.

******0 REVIEW******* .,My house wound up not qualifying for the cleaning, which isn't the problem. The problem is the owner charged my mother $750 to take 10 seconds to peek in a vent and said that was a "dryer inspection". Instead of doing this for free, since he did nothing to the house, I wound up paying around $129 for a few seconds of work. Of course when I called a week ago, I was promised an e-mail with an explanation, which never came. This is the kind of business you'll deal with BIG SCAM ! read more

Mike and his cousin just left my house and I am thrilled with the work they did. We haven't had our vents cleaned for years!!!! One of things I appreciate most about BS.... Mike quoted me a price on the phone, and the price did not change once the work was done. So many times you get a vendor that tells you one price on the phone but then find issues when they get there and the price increases. This was not the case with Mike, the price he quoted me was the price I paid. His team was thorough and honest, and the price was extremely competitive. read more

Wow!!! This white van pulled up, 3 men leapt out, grabbed their equipment and descended on my dusty house. They had it vacuumed and brushed in under an hour including a tune up and deep clean of my furnace. Mike told me a yearly vacuum of the vents and a tune up every few years on the furnace is good practice. Refunded my Groupon, hopped in the van and went off to save another dusty house and it's inhabitants from an allergy ridden summer. These foo's are bosses. read more

The team just left my home. They are efficient and thorough, cleaning both my dryer vent (which they had to access from the roof!) along with all of the air ducts. They were pleasant and professional, explaining what they were doing and why it needed to be done. In no time they came in, did what needed to be done, and left the area cleaner than when they got here! They also made sure everything was put back exactly as they found it. I am looking forward to breathing cleaner air along with less dust with a system working more efficiently. read more

Mike, was super professional and on top of getting my air ducts and furnace cleaned just in time for winter. Very knowledgeable and courteous. The previous home owners of our house had not had the furnace cleaned and us being inexperienced homeowners, hadn't thought to get them cleaned until the dryer vent became clogged. This was not a problem for Mike and his helper, they got right in there and cleaned everything out. I hadn't realized that my ducts were actually punk and not grey. I'll be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you again Mike. read more

Read the other negative reviews. They accurately describe my experience. I purchased a Groupon voucher for inexpensive ($19.80) duct cleaning. The fast talking owner arrived with a crew of 5 or 6 men who swarmed through every room of my house supposedly performing a "necessary" whole house duct cleaning. Less than a half hour later, they were gone and I'd handed over an extra $425. Really? That is one heck of an up-sell, and my common sense warning voices were screaming "no, no, no"!!! Can a whole house worth of ducts be cleaned in 30 minutes? With part of that time including tripped circuit breakers? read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I noticed some dust in my house and thought it was just a minor duct issue. We called them out, and were in for the surprise of the year. My ducts were disgusting and my dryer hose was clogged to the point of a fire hazard. Israel and his guys were a pleasure to deal with and gave me confidence that honest people are around. They gave me a break on a few things that were not as dirty and fixed the main problems I was not aware of. During this time I had to run out of the house for a errand and they were left alone with no issues. These guys are the BEST. read more

Mike and his team were awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their service. They showed up on-time, were properly COVID-equipped, and took special care to clean up before leaving. Their quote was EXTREMEMLY competitive, and the quality of their work was as good as any other company. I really appreciated Mike's honesty too... I agreed to a quote over the phone, but when he got to our house he realized the job was easier than originally thought, so he offered me a discounted price. He made it clear that providing great service was more important than making an extra $150. I highly recommend Best Solutions Services for your duct cleaning! read more

*Mike called me and agreed to refund $210 in order to bring the total cost of this service to $520. He asked me to agree to post a 5 star rating as part of our agreement. I will state 5 stars for the service. I subtract 1 star due to the need to resort to posting online reviews to get a reasonable price. ** Bottom line, way overpriced, pushy sales tactics, job not complete job as promised. According to their website, the job that should have cost $249 (clean HVAC air vents and dryer) ended up costing $710. I succumbed to the high pressure and ended up paying extra to have all the vents brushed out. I used my dryer vent brush today and found residue in the vents. I can hear something rattling in the dryer vent. I only feel bad for the workers. They were nice and worked very hard, and Mike refused to let me speak with them at all. I wonder how much the workers actually get paid at the end of each day. In any case, I would be happy to pay the advertised price of $249, plus an extra $50 since my dryer vent is long. Plus another $100 since I have lots of vents and they did vacuum around stuff. $400 would have been reasonable, which is around 55% of what I was charged. If I felt good about the job, I would add a $50 tip. read more

Bought a Groupon to clean my vents and intake vent. First let me say they were quick with the appointment which was nice but what happened after was insane! They showed up the next day a little early for the appointment and as soon as they got here I was bombarded with a quick walkthrough to see how many vents I have while several others were hooking things up to ents and opening windows. let me tell you, my home is small and I have a ranch home with about a 20 foot vent running down a hall with 5 openings to the bedrooms, living room and bath as well as one vent off the furnace to the dining room. Running a cleaning brush would take about 5 min and a quick vacuum. The man called someone and I was handed the phone in which I found out I wasn't eligible for the groupon as I have two intake vents then I was informed they now wanted to charge me an additional $100 (for 2nd intake) as well as $25 (per vent opening not per vent) regardless of size as well as a vacuum of my furnace. Now the bill on top of my Groupon was going to be in excess of $350.00. The man telling me all this was on the phone and not here in person and was very pushy and definitely a hard sell man. He didn't like me telling him I could buy my own brush and ship vac my vents myself for about $50 and 30 minutes of my time! The way they handle themselves is ruthless and pushy and I could see them pushing the elderly or those not strong enough to stand up for themselves into a huge bill!!! They need a 0 Star! read more

First time doing duct cleaning. Was skeptical at first but after he gave me a good deal and did a good job I feel great about hiring them.

I am a new homeowner and unfortunately fell victim to a home that hasn't been properly maintained in its previous ownership. Despite the home being 96 years old, it has had a lot of upgrades and modernization to it but for the last year, my husband and I have woken up every morning with congestion. We're both young and healthy and extremely active so this was never due to being sick. It wasn't until a friend told me that likely my air ducts and furnace needed to be cleaned out as I was likely breathing in a lot of "gunk". Our home is so old that our windows don't even open because they're lead however somehow we still had a great deal of dust and particles floating around the house; so much that I was dusting every other day. I'm smart enough to do my research ahead of time and call around for quotes. I called 6 places before reaching Mike with Best Solutions and I am so glad that I took the time. He answered his phone right away the day before Christmas (most places were closed) and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and all that they entailed. We scheduled a free inspection for a few days later and sure enough, our ducts and furnace were absolutely filthy and filled with construction material from the remodel prior to our move in. Mike encouraged me to be a part of the process by showing me what he was doing. Not only was I able to gain a better understanding of how HVAC systems work but I couldn't help but be almost disgusted with seeing the amount of dust and cobweb material that we have been breathing in. All of this and I'm thinking that this is my "go-to" HVAC guy going forward. There is no way I'll buy another house without him looking at the systems first. He's got over 10 years experience and is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and personable. Mike and Nadev completed a full dryer vent cleaning (caked with dryer lint), an air intake cleaning, full air duct clean and scrub and a furnace clean and scrub. The amount of dust and debris was almost alarming and I'm certain the air quality in our house will be improved, leaving us to breathe better and helping lower our gas and electric bills now that the systems won't have to work as hard. They were quick and efficient, these guys are hard workers and offered all of this work at a beyond reasonable price. In fact, my quote was lower than all the other places I called for a clean. I would beyond recommend these guys again and again! Thank you, excellent work! read more
