Chad came by a few years ago for duct cleaning, and I had a good experience. Recently, I called him to schedule an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. He showed up and told me that he would be back the following day because they did not have a long ladder to reach the roof. Chad was supposed to return the next day but didn't show up. I contacted him, but there was no response. I wish he had informed me ahead of time, so I could have reached out to other companies for an appointment. It was a waste of time. We are unable to use our dryer until the duct is cleaned out due to safety issues. When running a business, don't forget your original intentions. read more

Chad & Brad did a great job cleaning our 2 stories of ductwork. Very thorough and showed us the results. Offered a lot of tips and took off their shoes in the house (bonus). Very happy with the job they did. Thanks guys! read more

I spoke to Chad and scheduled my dryer vent clean out (we have lint making its way outside the house so this was high on my list of priorities). We scheduled an appointment between 1-3 on the 29th of March and he asked that I also text him my address and appointment time confirmation so he could add it to his schedule (which I did). The 29th rolls around and nobody shows up. I send him a message letting him know that nobody came and I got no response. I'll be calling someone else more reliable read more

I'm sure they do a good job based on reviews, but unfortunately, I did not get that far to see that. They were an hour late and I had to reach out to them and could not get ahold of anyone (there was also no appt confirmation the day before so I guess I should have called and done that myself?). When they finally reached out to me that they were on their way and got stuck on a job (at least send the customer an update), I let them know I no longer needed their services. They did apologize and got mt address to send a gift card. I never received the gift card. Not happy with the whole experience. read more

Last year, I had All Pro clean my ducts. My wife has allergies to dust, and it really helped her to have my ducts cleaned. The guys were amazing and professional. They cleaned thoroughly. I highly recommend them. read more

After calling Chad to remind him of our appointment, and rescheduling, he did a decent job cleaning the vents. He discovered that out dryer was not venting outside the house, just into the installation in the crawl space, and pointed out how that was not only not to code but dangerous. We agreed to have him do the installation, he gave us a quote, and scheduled the installation. When he did not show on the appointed date, I called him and he said he had a contractor he needed to get some things done, one of his best customers, He would call me back when he could reschedule. Since he never called back, it became apparent that I was not a preferred customer, plus I was tired of calling him, I contacted another provider. Lucky for me, since I got it done for half the price he quoted, and I didn't have to call to remind them of our appointment! read more

So, let me begin by saying I have high, perhaps even nigh-impossible expectations from a duct cleaning company. Rescuing maidens & slaying dragons before my coffee cools is not out of the realm of possibility. Why? Glad you asked... Exhibit A) I worked for a shady pest control company that dabbled in duct cleaning. What they did was so unethical & ineffective I had to stop working there. I know for a fact they bilked over $100k a year that would have been better set afire & danced around for all the good it did. Exhibit B) Duct cleaning, even badly, is hard work. Hard. Plus it's super tough to maneuver around a spotless house pulling gobs of dust & hair out of the returns without a disaster. I will gladly catch rats under houses all day with my teeth before I ever touch a furnace again. Exhibit C) Duct work, like carpet cleaning, is an industry where you thing you sign up for $75, & come away spending $750 with "Oh, you have a bazillion other problems we need to fix" upsales. My wife has critical asthma & allergies to all the fuzzy-wuzzies. Our new house, while seemingly spotless, had "Please save our Sheep Dogs" stickers...faster than you can say "Epi-Pen", we had to have those ducts spotless. Nary a hair could remain. So Chad, who I'd met once before at a trade show, got the call. I was expecting, even demanding, shiny armor. What I got was...Chad. Chad gave me a quote up front, & never once tried to raise it. Chad's process makes the janky method I quit my previous job over look like throwing rocks at an Abrams Tank. Everything inside was spotless. The vacuum left behind contained every last residue of doggy in the ducts. The wife could breathe free & clear...if there was a dragon down there, he must have got it. So All Pro Duct Cleaning is the ONLY duct cleaner I will vouch for & recommend to my customers. Can hardly wait till next time to see how much we've fouled up the place since he polished it all. read more

Of all the companies I had previously, this is the first time someone showed me that their vacuums were empty of trash prior to starting work. I was impressed. I was very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them. read more

Chad and Brad did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, showed us exactly what they were going to do & equipment they'd use, answered all our questions and took into consideration all we had to say and completed the job (11 ceiling vents) in only 2 1/2 hrs. All Pro did a great job of cleaning-up and when finished, they showed us the large amount of vent dust that was collected in spite of the bargain vent-cleaning company from a year ago that tried to over-sell us and did a poor job. We highly recommend this company and we are real customers! read more

Chose this place based on Yelp reviews. Naturally, I was pretty skeptical. Most of these services try and up charge you. Another service I had give me a quote tried to get me to sign a 10 year contract. I'm not kidding. But not Chad. This guy is honest, and thorough. He's there to help and that becomes clear within minutes. I'm really glad I took a leap and called Chad. read more

They were amazing the owner Chad was so kind to me on the phone and even offered a holiday discount! The employees were welcoming and pet friendly they worked fast yet did great work, it was worth every cent read more

Awesome service! Flat fee rate and they were very professional and they took the time to explain the process of cleaning the ducts and showed the equipment they used before and after. Will work with them again in the future. read more

These guys are the ones you want. Super friendly and professional. No high pressure attempts at up selling. They come in and just plain get the job done thoroughly. You cannot go wrong with them. read more

Chad and the All Pro Duct Cleaning team bring a level of professionalism to a field that is sadly lacking just that. Chad will take as much time as needed to explain and show you what he is doing and the benefits his service provide for you and your family. There are a ton of duct cleaning scams out there for inferior service and results, save yourself the time and frustration. Call Chad and know you are getting the best duct cleaning for a very fair price. read more

Do not trust this company. They will stab you in back and try to steal your clients. I asked these guys to visit a site and quote for a job and they try to cut me out the loop and steal my client. Unfortunately for them the client is a very good Mate of mine and a very close friend. When I called up these I noticed there attitude towards me on the phone was not polite. But I needed the quotation as this quote was an urgent job. I felt maybe these guys are racist. Which is very common in the construction industry. I felt like the person I was speaking to was racist. Not something I've ever felt over the phone. But I gave them contact details for the site. Racism is something I've had to deal with a lot in the construction industry when I started out as a labourer. The site manager referred to me as the coloured guy. I needed the money so I never said nothing back. Now I run my own company and am very successful with quite a few large commercial clients. I shouldn't have to deal with this shit no more. My thoughts are these guys are not used to receiving a phone call from a company director who's Black. So they probably thought little of me because of the sound of my voice. After feeling disrespected and unwelcomed I cancelled the site visit and told them not to contact the client and that I was going to use another contractor for the work. These guys went behind my back and still contacted my client/Mate. Unfortunately for them. There's the internet to leave review on companies like this. Racism must stop. Do not trust this company. read more

Very professional and knowledgeable! Chad conducts business with a high level of integrity and comes highly recommended.

I've referred them to Realtors with issues on crawl spaces and air quality and they have all said how great they are! I've used them at my house and the air quality is great now me and my son have a nice clean home! read more

Total pros in every respect. Prompt, clean reasonable and 100% customer focused. I really appreciated seeing the pre and post vacuuming to see how much junk was lodged in our vents. Highest recommendation. read more

My wife has allergies. I was concerned about dust in our duct work since we had purchased a house a few years ago, and I had no idea if the ducts had ever been cleaned. I had Chad from All Pro Duct Cleaning come over and clean the ducts for us. I was shocked at the amount of debris, dust, etc he got out of the duct work system. I wish I could post a picture of the debris he got out of there. Needless to say, I'm super happy. He is prompt, courteous, professional, and best of all, thorough and reasonable priced. I recommend him and All Pro to everyone I know now. read more

Chad did a great job. Before they stared Chad showed me their clean and empty vacuums. When they finished he showed me again so I could see everything that came out of our ducts! Yuck! Made wish we had called them so much sooner! Chad was very responsive, scheduled us quickly, and he and his team member were very polite and professional while in our home. read more

Chad was fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he did a great job cleaning our very narrow air ducts. We had other companies out who were unable to help us because of the shape and positioning or our ducts, but Chad had the right equipment and skills to get the job done. We didn't spend a penny over his initial quote despite the extreme amount of dust and grime they had to deal with. I will definitely use Chad for all duct cleanings in the future. read more

First time we had our ducts cleaned for quite awhile. Chad and his employee, John arrived and explained the whole process. They showed his clean vacuums so there is no question all dirt is coming from your own home. It was embarrassing how much our ducts needed cleaning. We can not express how pleased we were with their work ethic, respect of our home, and exceptional job. They take pride in their work. No up charge and no disappointments! Highly recommend this excellent company. Gilda and Jack read more

Chad with All Pro is very professional and reliable. He has come out to my home twice and I plan on only using All pro for my future duct cleaning needs. We moved into a 70's home that likely never had the ducts cleaned before. Since Chad has come out I can breath better with peace of mind knowing I'm breathing clean air. He explains the entire process and is very patient and flexible with my kiddos running around the house while he works. The attention to detail is unmatched. He shows the ducts and filters both before and after the cleaning so you know the job is done right. Thanks Chad! read more
