On the day of the appt two gentle men showed up early to do the filter change. It literally took 5 minutes. They then asked for 182.83$! So it's not 99$ + tax. The filter is a separate price at about 70$ and the rest is labour,etc. The two gentlemen were friendly and efficient but I do think when you ask someone what the "cost of changing a filter out" that in includes a new filter and the labor. Please do not tell people it costs 99$, rather the cost of filter and the labor is "x" for the filter and labor is "Y". Next, time I'm doing it my self.
