Jacob came to my home to replace my air filter. I have allergies and I buy the hepa filter from Hendrickson HVAC. Jacob also cleaned out my furnace which houses the hepa filter. He also gave me some helpful advice today. He found that my air filter did not have much dirt/dust in it. I asked if I could have the air filter changed and the furnace cleaned every 8 months and see if that time interval would work better. Bottom line, is that Jacob and all of the other technicians who have serviced my furnace and installed new air filters have been very professional, honest, and helpful. I called Hendrickson Heating when my furnace completely turned off and I could not turn it back on. It was New Year's eve, and it was supposed to get down into the 20s that night. I spoke with Derek. I had some concerns about a few things so I called and scheduled an appointment. I spoke with Eric who told me he didn't live far from where we were and could swing by on his way home to check things out. He arrived around 5pm that same day and was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Long story short my systems are operating as they should and I was so impressed that I'm having them do the maintenance at my office as well. He also installed a new filter and provided us with tips on how to get the most out of our systems. Support these businesses by giving them yours. They really do care and take pride in what they do. Our AC stopped working and our unit was making a humming sound. I asked friends for referrals and my friend referred this company! He said they saved him almost $2000 after getting a second opinion from them when the first company told him that he needed to replace a whole circuit board for $2000! They charged him $150 and only needed a sensor cleaned! There are a lot of dishonest companies out there, but when you find businesses that are honest they will prosper! We called on a Saturday and they came on a Tuesday! For $250 they fixed our AC in less than an hour and right before a heat wave! I highly recommend this company! Integrity always wins!!! read more

The fact that it took them over a week to come and identify my issue was bad enough. But then after they came out and they determined I needed a new compressor they tried to sell me an entire new unit! All I wanted was an estimate on a new compressor, but instead, I never got that estimate. Only an estimate for a $9000 new unit. I ended up calling a different HVAC company who was able to come out the next day and they fixed it. But don't worry, I still paid Hendricksons HVAC Services for doing absolutely nothing. read more

Eric with Hendrickson fought with the manufacturer of our AC unit to provide a new coil and provide payment for part of the labor to replace it. Our unit is 5 years old and has a corroded copper coil for the second time in two years. It was very costly to repair the first time and was just out of warranty. The replacement was also out of warranty but Eric wasn't satisfied with having us spend the same amount again to replace it. It's refreshing to feel like we have been taken care of by a company that could have easily taken the "it's not our fault" road and charged us again. Eric was professional, and above all honest. I called this company because I was referred to them to have some HVAC work done. When I called and explained what I wanted done I was put on hold for almost 5 minutes. The guy came back on the phone and said they were really busy. I told him it wasn't an urgent need, just sometime in the future. He told me he still could not help me. When I asked for a referral to another HVAC company he said he could not help me again. This is one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had and because of that I would never use this company. read more

Brandt just left my house and I had an awesome experience. They were able to come out same day and he did an inspection on my hvac system and replaced the bad motor.
