Another company (MP Plumbing) came twice and said they would have to do a major (costly) repair and that access was an issue. Bill came quickly and gave us a very reasonable estimate, and found the access easily. He told us what to buy and gave us input on our choices. He came back quickly and installed them efficiently. He had to get some more parts but then came back early the next day. We are so excited to have this working again, and so impressed with the efficiency, care, and helpful hints that he provided. We have used this company before for a microwave repair and some gas stove issues. I'm sure we'll see them again - and extremely happy with their staff, efficiency, care and knowledge! Thank you Bill!

But having Absolute Heating and Cooling as a teammate I can call when something happens to my HVAC means I don't have to waste time pre-worrying about it, because I know they will be able to fix it right away.

Our Bryant heat pump system…read morehas been great and working reliably since it was installed two years ago by Oleg and Vitaliy, the two owners, and their assistant, Mark. We chose that system because it gave us the alternate brand of Carrier, at a competitive price. But now, suddenly, the system went down, maybe because of a power surge. We don't know. But on the same day of our request, Vitaliy came and checked it out, ordered parts, tried to get it running in backup mode, but that wasn't going to happen. But he went the extra mile and then some. He was here on a holiday weekend, without complaint and got us working again. Another bonus is that he's a really nice guy and a very responsive communicator.
