I placed an order for cabinet doors on November 27th. On their website they say lead times for unfinished doors are 12-14 days calendar days. on the 11th of December, 14 days from the day the order was placed, i emailed them and ask for tracking as i had expected the order to have been shipped. they replied and said orders can take up to 16 days.... so on the 13th, i emailed again and go no reply. Now it is the 18th, 21 days after i placed the order and they are saying it has now just started to ship. it wont arrive intime for a new years party that i am planning and assuming i would have doors on my cabinets for due to what they originally told me. VERY unhappy and would NEVER recommend this company.

    Received my order in approx a month after order, one of the six hinges I ordered was damaged by the…read moreseller prior to delivery. I contacted them asking for a new hinge, they requested pictures (see below) emailed. They were sending another 'right away' after they acknowledged receipt of picture. 10 days later and no hinge after they 'sent it'. Three emails and two phone calls later, I spoke to them on a Thursday, Melissa at the seller said to contact them on following Monday if the 2nd hinge hadn't arrived. I requested a tracking number and they didn't obtain one to show they sent the 2nd hinge. Contacted the following Monday as they required, Melissa said again she would send 3rd hinge and provide me with a tracking number, which was this past Monday. Its now Wednesday (20 business hours after contact) and after two additional emails AND a phone message since Monday I have no response, and no tracking number as Melissa promised. After a total of six emails and three calls I still don't have my entire order completed, and now they're unresponsive. Completely inadequate, and Home Depot and Lowe's do not carry this hinge near me. My contractor working the project can't find the hinge either. I will be contacting BBB, as well as other Social Media sites to see if I can get what I owed from this seller after my $266 purchase...all this over a broken hinge they should have inspected prior to sending it to me.

    I came here often. Today, I came in to exchange the wrong…read moresize of a 50-ft roll of drip irrigation tubing I mistakenly bought 2 days ago. I bought 5/8" and needed 1/2". My mistake. When I came in to exchange it with the receipt I was told by the Manager (Ray) that they did not have 1/2" in stock. Okay fine, I said. Please issue a refund for the tubing I was returning. Then he said that they did not carry the brand I was trying to return. Obviously, they did because I bought it 2 days ago off their shelf, the cashier rang up the sale and gave me a receipt. I had the receipt. The receipt showed 1/4" inch tubing, 100'. This was entered incorrectly by the cashier when I purchased it. Ray proceeded to tell me about how it was wrapped in plastic and they don't do that with their tubing. He then told me it had the wrong kind of label on it, that they don't use that label. He then told me that they don't carry that size. Obviously, he was inferring that I didn't buy the tubing from their store. Interestingly, Ray was doing something on the isle when I bought the tubing 2 days earlier and we spoke briefly. I reminded him of that. The cashier said that they would honor it, but that wasn't the point. Ray made it sound like I was trying get away with something.......in front of 2 other customers. It was insulting and embarrassing at the same time. For a lousy $11 of tubing. I'm a Chino Valley resident and have been going to that store for over 7 years. I was treated like I was being dishonest. I will NEVER go back there.
