I've noticed that customer service at a lot of Home Depot locations has really gone downhill…read morelately. Thankfully, that's not the case at the Payson Home Depot! Every time I walk in, I'm greeted warmly and have an overall great experience. I especially want to recognize Jody at the Pro Desk--she is always smiling, happy, and genuinely kind. I absolutely love her! I always look forward to seeing her, and honestly, it's a little disappointing when she's not there. That said, the rest of the team is also friendly and helpful. It's clear this location still values great customer service, and it really makes a difference.

Richard approached us and asked us if we needed any help. We asked him what the best items for our project would be. He also has a camper and showed us what he uses and gave us some great tips. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that helped us in the lumber department, but he was also fantastic. He helped us get what we needed and was super friendly. When we got to the register, our cashier was kind and took great care of us. What a great experience we had at this Home Depot.

I called and the owner said that they were soooo busy, and he forgot. Rescheduled...again no call/no show. Called again..rescheduled and again no call/no show. Really?? How do you run a business like this. So I guess if you have a big job, they might actually come out and give you an estimate..but, don't be surprised if they're a no call/no show.

I hired a guy to come fix a leak on WRSBO pipe he himself installed a month prior that we didn't…read moreknow about until we got a bill. When he got to my property he didn't have the WRSBO tools to fix the leak. He then drove back to payson for 3 hours somehow to retrieve the fittings. He then fixed the leak between 2 90's (about 2") then charged me 5 1/2 hours of labor. (20minute fix) and about 400 doallars in material for a ball valve I didn't need in between 2 other ball valves..... so $1100 later I have a 2 inch gap replaced with WRSBO. When my wife questioned the bill because thankfully I was not there Brandon threatened to rip it all out if she didn't pay on a holiday weekend when we were hosting 2 other families. The first time I called him he scheduled an appointment for an estimate and he no showed. The funny…read morething is he even commented on how so many stucco guys don't show up or respond to calls. So, I was no expecting this from him. Anyways, he ends up calling me the next day and asking if he could come back out since he missed our appointment. He gave some excuse about time got away from him the day before. Well, he could have called me and told me he needed to reschedule. That is just rude. However, I let him come out just so I could get an opinion on what work needed to be done. He then showed up late and was not professional. At the end of our visit he asked for me to shoot him an email so he had my contact info and could send me the quote. I emailed him and I never heard from him again. He never sent me the quote. Unbelievable. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I don't even know how he remains in business. I am a potential customer and because of this I would never hire him and I would never recommend him to anyone. He will not be in business long if this is how he conducts his business.
