When the shipment arrived Australia they assisted in expediting import clearance and stayed in touch until I received delivery. I was also a bit anxious about the banquettes condition with it being shipped in a container and undergoing a long journey but it was packed so well and secure, there was no chance of it getting soiled or damaged during transit. Both times people in the store completely ignored me until I indicated I wanted to make a purchase. I purchased a cabinet for $2300 a week ago and again I had to go and ask for help. Behavior like this I could understand if they were busy but I was the only one in there. I needed to have the item delivered so $110.00 later delivery was scheduled. My cabinet was delivered on time by two very courteous men. I haven't heard anything from the sales person to see if everything was correct. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone nor will I be shopping there in the future.

Instead, marble countertops were installed, contrary to our request for granite selection due to an apparent incorrect identified countertop product. Being in the design business, Lee Douglas Interiors have the expertise to identify the difference between granite and marble. We attempted to discuss the issues with Lee Douglas Interiors to no avail.
