The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful in finding a time that worked for me that fit into their schedule. I got there and the man who I would have assumed to be the owner came out and took a look at my windshield. My chips were extremely small but I still wanted to get it fixed before it got worse and he said there was nothing to repair but he would fill in the chips for free of charge. I only knew of one but he saw a second one right away. The inside was nice, there was a vending machine for pop and some kid toys. The chairs were obviously old but I was only there for 10 min so it was fine. The receptionist was very helpful also. I asked her for a quote for my moms car and she was glad to look that up for me. When my car was done the man drove it back around front for me and showed me exactly what he did and I was on my way!

Gary came to our house, answered our questions, and gave a reasonable quote. We were given the time frame of 4-6 weeks for the crew to come out. Which was fine, we weren't in a dire need. I was surprised to get a call about two weeks later that the crew can install the gutters sooner than expected. Which was perfect timing because they held up against the storm that we had in April.

We have to repaint the walls that they damaged during demo, as wall as the wall in an adjacent room that they had to cut into to fix their leaky pipe. They also cracked one of our floor tiles during demolition, and one of the onyx panels has scratches on it. At the end of the project, our shower doors were not level and we asked if they could fix it. The owner told us "nothing on this planet is perfect" and that they have done the best that they can do. We hired a handyman to fix the doors (an easy fix that took him 30 minutes to do). The owner called us the "most difficult customers" he has ever worked with and said we are being too much of perfectionists. He did not take ownership of any of the mistakes and issues that arose. We wrote him a check for the remaining balance and told him he could pick it up anytime. Instead, he put a lien on our house and told us to mail it to him. He stated that he had made "numerous attempts to collect payment", when that is not true. Bottom line, go with a different company if you are in the market for Onyx showers.
