Drove 100 miles to the company and talked face to face to them and was promised that they will fix my roof. Months and months went by and still nothing. Hired a lawyer to try to get something done. This cost me more money and was told it would cost a lot more to go to court. This company ruined my roof and I recommend that anyone to look elsewhere for roof repair. I give them no stars.

Our install date happened to fall on the coldest day of January but at 8 am three crews showed up as scheduled. Overall the crew were kind and hard working especially given the extreme temperature but a huge concern was the fact that they did not cover furniture before putting their tools down. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees.
