He was asking Takoda to do work that they would not be paid for. Takoda was amazing in getting that roof replaced so quickly so that the sale could go through instead of being delayed. Jamal needs to read the contracts and claims, and any complaint he might have is with the insurance company, not Takoda. They replaced the roof twice (because of hail damage) and did the gutters on our new house. The work is always fast, reasonably priced, and done RIGHT. I am hiring them to do more work on our new house as well. Don't let someone who is taking his frustrations out on the wrong person because he doesn't understand how insurance works color your view.

And contacted other window repair companies but was told they might not be able to repair because pella had lots of control or authority over their products which makes repair super difficult. If they produced good quality products, they better back up or follow up with their repair . It has been a huge hassle trying to get the window repaired. If I had a choice on windows, I would choose a company or brand that was easy to contact and always attend to their customers promptly. Based on experience, i would not choose pella.

Screen mobile showed up exactly on time, very friendly, very professional. They were able to repair the sliding screen doors despite the fact that the frame could not be removed from the frame. Door looks like brand new! They also offer services such as retractable awnings. The service professional went ahead and took some measurements while they were there so that they could prepare a quote for a possible awning installation.
