Our company has used Papillion Glass for several years. They went under a different management here…read morein the last few months. I have been nothing but disappointed in there performance since. They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work. I did call and talk with John who sits at the front desk to explain my frustrations and he brushed me off, so, See you later; I'll never be back.

Premier Exteriors did top quality work, along with superior communication/customer service. Mitch and Taylor (and Jim as well) went above and beyond with their ability to communicate when products would be delivered and the jobs were scheduled to begin and end. Premier used quality workers (siding we had Tony and his brother, and the gutter guy, I didn't even get his name because he completed the entire house while I was at work!). I recall a time as Premier was re-roofing our garage that a piece of the roofing fell off snapping our garage door opener's line. The damage wasn't noticed until around 5pm. Premier had a garage door repairman out the following day to have it fixed. Again, I highly recommend this local business. I will use them again if needed.

We have used Carpetland on and off for the past 8 years. We have purchased luxury vinyl tile,…read morecarpet, natural wood floors and backsplash tile. From a pricing perspective, we have found them to be more competitive than Nebraska Furniture Mart, but the Mart will sometimes win out due to their financing options (Carpetland has very limited options). During our most recent renovation, the rep we worked with went above and beyond in special ordering wood floor samples for us to review. Their installers (they typically outsource) have been professional and do quality work. My only reason for 4-stars is that at times communication could have been more proactive and there were a few occasions where we needed to follow-up more than once. We also had a more recent issue where they ordered grout for our backsplash, were told it was there, but then it couldn't be found when we arrived to pick-up. However, in the whole scheme of things, we will continue to use Carpetland for their quality, reasonably priced products and great service overall.
