Every time I walk around, between five and 10 employees ask me if I'm finding everything all right. This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. Overall, I love coming here for inspiration! I am very picky on the items I buy, so have yet to find something I actually purchased in the store, but hope to someday as the price point is reasonable.

They also sell paint, stencils, removable wallpaper, and hardware for those who'd like to try their own DIY. You never know what you'll find here. While it's expand a bit and they have an online store, it is good to see stuff in person. It's really hit or miss depending on what you want and when you want it. Traci explained that the vendors Amish Furniture uses recently had to scale back on custom orders simply because they have been unable to keep up with the demand for the uniquely superior-quality furniture they produce. Longer arrival times are not the result of furniture being manufactured overseas somewhere, as it is all made in the U.S.A.! My mom and I agreed that the quality was worth the wait. It was delivered in December 2025. Once they delivered I discovered they delivered the wrong couch, not the one I purchased. They told me they have to have it manufactured. I purchased in June 2025 and one would think that between June and December they had plenty of time to make the couch, the one I purchased. I spent $6,000+. And they still don't have it right. Then I called again and explained the couch wasn't right. They eventually came out and adjusted the bars in the back of the couch. Then the cushions didn't fit right I phoned again and spoke to Stacy. Many times I called to follow up and she did not return my calls and/or there was much time before she would call me back. At this point I am done! I want them to just pick up the furniture and give me a full refund. Now, I'm involving my Attorney. They offer no customer service at all.
