We had used Fluff Interiors before so when we were about to embark on the renovation of our kitchen, dining room, living room and entryway after 36 years, we reached out to Lorrie right away. At Fluff, they make every effort to get to know their client before creating the design. The design and products are creative, and she made sure that the furnishings flowed in our newly open design and captured my vision for the space. She took an outdated empty space and turned it into a dream home that is the perfect mix of style and livability. Lorrie was also affirming to decisions made prior to hiring her - cabinetry, flooring, quartz and paint. We were long overdue for this remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! Fluff Interior Design is absolutely amazing! We partnered with them for Designing Dreams (www.designingdreamsusa.org), a nonprofit that completely transforms the bedrooms of kids on active treatment for cancer. The Fluff team transformed the bedroom for a little girl fighting brain cancer. They went above and beyond to create this healing oasis for Nora. Nora's dream room included a space for her American Girl Dolls to sleep and space to do crafts. Nora has been fighting cancer for 4 years and has spent a lot of time isolated at home. This new healing oasis that Fluff created couldn't be more perfect! In the words of our recipient's mom: "Nora was just in awe of her room when she opened the door. She has a smile from ear to ear the entire time. I was so excited to see the photos that Fluff took because I could not see her face. The face in her picture with the door opening is something I honestly haven't seen before. She was so surprised and so in love with everything. For the rest of us, I was shocked when the door opened. It was SO HARD not to peek throughout the week but we stayed strong. I could not believe it. Tears came to my eyes and I was just so excited. I had no idea her room could transform into something so beautiful. This room far exceeded any expectations we had for her bedroom. This room met every wish that Nora wanted in her room." I have used Fluff's services twice and recommend them to anyone who asks! A representative comes to your home and asks all the right questions and then puts together a plan that is so ideal, but also making tweaks to accommodate your specific taste and needs. Getting all the furniture in 'on time' was not possible due to Covid this time, but communication was great so there were no surprises, and it was only a short time beyond expectation. We LOVE Fluff!!! My husband and I bought a new house and decided we wanted a completely new look from our old house. I am trying to put this bad experience behind me but I must let anyone out there who might be thinking of using their service to maybe think twice or three times before going ahead, when they say I was issued a refund it sounds pretty good and I'm just a person that can't be satisifed but nothing further from the truth, the design that was discussed and what we got wasn't even in the same ball park, the refund if $160 is a refund when I paid over $3000 well then I guess I got a refund. But like I said if you are thinking of using them - just think about it. I guess I have to write a review in order to get an apology. read more
