We had used Fluff Interiors before so when we were about to embark on the renovation of our kitchen, dining room, living room and entryway after 36 years, we reached out to Lorrie right away. At Fluff, they make every effort to get to know their client before creating the design. The design and products are creative, and she made sure that the furnishings flowed in our newly open design and captured my vision for the space. She took an outdated empty space and turned it into a dream home that is the perfect mix of style and livability. Lorrie was also affirming to decisions made prior to hiring her - cabinetry, flooring, quartz and paint. We were long overdue for this remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! The Fluff team transformed the bedroom for a little girl fighting brain cancer. They went above and beyond to create this healing oasis for Nora. Nora's dream room included a space for her American Girl Dolls to sleep and space to do crafts. Nora has been fighting cancer for 4 years and has spent a lot of time isolated at home. This new healing oasis that Fluff created couldn't be more perfect! In the words of our recipient's mom: "Nora was just in awe of her room when she opened the door. She has a smile from ear to ear the entire time. I was so excited to see the photos that Fluff took because I could not see her face. The face in her picture with the door opening is something I honestly haven't seen before. She was so surprised and so in love with everything. For the rest of us, I was shocked when the door opened. It was SO HARD not to peek throughout the week but we stayed strong. I could not believe it. Tears came to my eyes and I was just so excited. I had no idea her room could transform into something so beautiful. This room far exceeded any expectations we had for her bedroom. This room met every wish that Nora wanted in her room." Not only did we get help with window coverings, but their designer helped us with wall paint color. What we had initially picked out was all wrong--had a pink cast that would have been a disaster!! After following suggestions and after the shades were installed, our rooms look so beautiful that I cried. The measurements are scientific; installation was fast, working with everyone was fun, and even our yard looks more beautiful through the shades!

We visited their office/yard in Makers Canyon and were instantly impressed with the materials that they have reclaimed from railroad cars, barns and all sorts of other things that were going to tossed into a landfill. Jason, Adam and Seamus were my main contacts at Reclaimed and each encounter was professional and interesting. They have a great design aesthetic and showed us many options for our outdoor shower. We ended up using a Japanese charred cedar approach for our shower, shou sugi ban. It looks incredible. 2 years after it was installed, we had an issue with the door. They came out and investigated, later on came back and took the door away to get it fixed. It was back within two weeks and works better than ever. If you want something unique and well crafted, Reclaimed Enterprises is your ticket!
