    These are my empty bottles that have been on my porch for a week because my delivery date keeps being pushed back

    You can't get anyone on the phone and when you do they evenly tell you they're placing you on brief hold which just means they can't give you an answer so you're being pushed off to wait for someone new. You can't get a manger on the phone. No one can type anything. I was told Wednesday and now it's saying Saturday on the app. Literally feeling at a loss. Not to mention they have been charging me for years to lease the water cooler so I'm now being charged for a product I can't use because they won't provide service. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. It's demoralizing and disheartening.

    Worst service ever. I started a service with this company via phone. Was told that our water would be delivered on a Friday. It was rescheduled 4 times [remember the first time receiving water from them] by the time we got the water we cancelled the service. Was told to call back when we need them to pick up the 5 water jugs. Called them and was told they will pick it up Monday. The jugs were never picked up. I have called 3 times to schedule a pick up and still to this day they have not gotten picked up. WORST WATER SERVICE EVER.

This place does what it's meant to do though, give you clean and crisp drinking water in which I gave them the 4 stars in. I am very particular with the water I drink and could tell the difference in them. Located in the plaza next to food4less, this area can be a bit congested during peak hours or when a lot of people decided to get their water all at the same time. Now, the first time I was here felt like I was entering a worship service with all the religious stuff around you and would be hearing a sermon all at the same time. The man that works here loves to talk, I mean it doesn't really bother me that much. But there are times that I just wanted to be in and out of this place as quick as possible and he would still be chit chatting. He's really friendly though but most people were not a chit-chat kind so this is a bit of an annoyance to them. This place also offer water card if you tend to refill weekly and it'll save you the hassle of looking for change. They also have 24hr water station outside which is very convenient.

We signed a contract in May, and regardless of how bad the service is, they say 'SORRY SUCKER' you signed a contract and we wont let you OUT OF IT TILL JUNE 30th. Thats how they are still in business. They lock you into a contract and then live off of your mistake for 12 months. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE For water softening. In fact, its illegal in our town, so they remove the tanks and dump them in another city. They should be cited for pollution!!!! And just in case you think I'm the only one, look at all of the other horrible reviews for this company. There's maybe one that likes them. Everyone else gives them 1 star and has horror stories like we do. Well Culligan, you have us locked in till June 30th, (which I plan to find out if we have a way out of) but after that we are gone. And unless you cleanup your act, you will have NO CUSTOMERS and will go out of business. And its your own fault. Did anyone ever address the damage to our house? The poor service? The lack of response from anyone except the lady that answers the phone? No. No one will step up and address the elephant in the room. They just rely on that steady stream of money coming in because they 'lock you in a contract'. Dont do it.....Dont allow them to sucker you into this. Its a travesty. Just read the other comments.     We recently moved into our new home, and Culligan Water Company was scheduled to remove the…read moreprevious owner's soft water system from our garage. What followed has been nothing short of a disaster. Your technician removed the system and negligently left an exposed copper pipe leaking inside the cabinet in our garage. This pipe should have been properly soldered shut. It was not. As a result, water is now leaking into the cabinet--creating the risk of water damage and mold. This is not a minor oversight. This is basic plumbing protocol that your technician failed to follow. We have made multiple attempts to get Culligan to correct this issue. You've refused. Your team has ignored requests to send someone out to fix what is clearly your responsibility. And to make matters worse, your front desk representative, Gina, has been completely unhelpful and, frankly, rude. Her tone, dismissiveness, and inability to escalate the issue properly are unacceptable and completely unprofessional. We never asked for Culligan's services. We certainly did not expect to be left with active water damage risks due to your technician's failure to complete the job correctly. Repeated attempts to contact a manager or the owner have been ignored. No calls have been returned. This situation is unacceptable. Culligan caused this problem. Culligan needs to fix it--immediately. If we do not receive a resolution or a confirmed service appointment within 48 hours, we will pursue further action, including filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, our local licensing board, and consumer protection agencies. We will also share our experience publicly to warn others of this appalling service. Do better.

As my water was getting filled I handed my card to the employee so he can mark the number of gallons. He marked it off and handed me the card. The employee was too busy chatting with his friend who was filling up the water as well. They definitely knew each other since he said " i will meet you there tonight". After I loaded my cart and was walking off he said " hold on you didnot gave me your card to mark off". I told him he already marked it while he was busy chatting with his friend and showed him the card. This was the new card which had 15 gallons marked previously and he marked 20 gallons off. I told him to correct it but he said I can leave or else he will mark off 15 gallons as he thinks I didnot gave him the card. I told him to pull the cameras and he said they don't have cameras. I told him to call his manager he said he is the manager. I asked him to give me the owners contact information he said he cannot. I asked him to give me his name he stated he is not supposed to give me his name. The other weird thing is and I called him out on it since he stopped me by saying I didnot gave him my card to mark off. I asked him how did he knew I was paying with their prepaid card or with credit card or cash. He kept repeating as I didnot handed the card. He didnot apologized for his mistake and I left. This guy has very short term memory and not paying attention. Make sure to give the card right before you walk out and also get his acknowledgment that he has marked the card or record him with your camera while he is marking your card as an evidence. Now I have been a long time customer from the time they were in Safeway shopping plaza and have never seen this guy. Even at this new location I have met the other person. This horrible customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will find another water place to fill my water as this guy is very disrespectful and insulted me infront of other customers who were walking in.
