Buyer Beware! Given that I work 60 plus hours a week, I would order from Alfredos at least once a week. This will be changing as I had received a take out menu with coupons in the mail yesterday. When I called to place an order, the greeter attempted to inform me that those coupons were expired, which have a printed expiration date of 1/31/19 on them. Rather than proceeding with the order, the guy who answered the phone began arguing with me stating "the manager said they are expired". This negative experience from a 'dime a dozen' business that relies on repeat customers has me searching for another pizza place who respect their customers enough to honor deals and promotions. We have happily been a patron of Alfredo's Pizza for about 20 years. We have, at times, ordered pizza from other local spots and are most often disappointed so we always come back to Alfredo's. Their pizza is always fresh and just the way we like it. It is a small shop so don't expect to sit down and eat there. We find the staff to be pleasant and never had a problem in 20 years. It's a smaller shop, but there's still a decent bit of variety beyond the regular slices such as pinwheels and a few speciality slices. If you live in the area, it's worth it to try a few times. This is one of the better pizza spots on Long Island, when not busy. I tried it three times and three different visits each time. The pizza is very good as is the chicken rolls. Placed a $42 order and basically $20 of that order were on wings. We received those orders with solely flats, no drumsticks. Barely any meat on it and a waste of $20. Pizza is eh. Flavorless. Cooked well, but no flavor. Garlic knots seem to be reheated from a frozen state. Pinwheels are just gross. I ordered one, got two jammed in the bag with the knots. I wasnt sure what they were at first, since one looked nothing like the other. Online ordering was a great convenience, but there was a $2 delivery charge, and its simply not worth it. Pizza is good, however their inside ( kitching/dining area) is extremely filthy. There are dirt stains on the walls as if your in a mechanic shop. Cob webs, the ceilings look like there is mold/ tiles look like they are about to fall everything in there doesn't look like a place I could sit down and eat at. I'm shocked they even pass inspection from their conditions. I used to order from there all the time until I actually went there to pick up a pie on my way home.
