    Greek Salad Slice
    Erin F.

The service was fast and friendly. There with a large open service area you can order and wait for without feeling like you're in the way. Completely opposite of the regular mom and pop strip mall type pizzeria, where you're crammed in a little galley way. Immediately greeted when we came in as well, our order was taken without being pushed and accommodated when we asked for some slices to be cut in half. We split a Greek slice, and warmed it up on suggestion in the oven. Definitely worth it. I tried the garlic cheese sticks and Buffalo slice as well. Buffalo slice was not as anticipated (did not make my eyes sweat) but that doesn't mean it wasn't good just a personal preference. It was more blue cheesy than Buffalo. They had a large seating space and a big window front to look out. People were coming and going at a steady pace.

Very good neighborhood pizzeria. All the usual slices, a few very good specialty slices, riceballs, calzones, chicken or veggie paninis and a full sit down menu with waitress service for a bigger lunch and dinner! Service is always great as they accommodate any request you have and the ambiance is very nice and laid back. When your in the area be sure to stop in and grab a few slices or that pasta dish that your in the mood for. Thank you Pizzaiola!

This place is a must try in the west Babylon area. Dishing up pies and slices fresh out the oven. This slice had everything we wanted in a ny / long island slice good sauce to cheese ratio. Authentic flavor. Slightly crispy undercarriage. Staff was very delightful. Price was awesome. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

They make my favorite regular slice on the Island. The owner grew up in Italy and makes one of the best REGULAR SLICES that I have had outside of NYC. The tomato sauce and mozzarella taste so fresh and are premium in quality. The dough compliments all ingredients well. The other pizza types, like the Sicilian and the Grandma's, I do not care for.

Calzone was good. We came later on in the evening probably around 9:30. Looks like they were cleaning up, but they let us sit in the back still to eat our meal. Definitely a good pizza shop.

2 Neopolitan Pizza Slices, 1 White Slice and the saddest looking Sicilian Slice.

I don't usually order Sicilian slices, but I was in the mood for a slice on the thicker side. What I wound up getting was the saddest looking Sicilian I have ever seen. It's not much thicker than a Grandma slice and wasn't even rectangular. It was the rejected corner that nobody would ever choose. No wonder they had it hidden under the counter.

Service was perfect - our waiter was friendly, professional and efficient- there when we needed him, checked in at the right times and left us to enjoy our meals the rest of the time. We started with baked oysters Rockafeller (their spelling.) Delicous, but with a really overpowering taste of Gorgonzola or bleu cheese, so the oyster was lost in it. Without the oyster it would make a nice dip to spread on some of their wonderful bread. Salads were large, pretty basic lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 olives, some carrot and cucumber. The house vinaigrette is heavy on the vinegar and could use a little balance. Swordfish Livornese was a special, a huge piece of fish over pasta with mussels on top. My husband can usually finish a large platter but even he had to take half home. My chicken Marsala was absolutely delicious, but lacked that Marsala flavor. Mushrooms were fresh and abundant. Again it was an enormous portion and I took home 2/3 of my meal. In spite of claiming to be full, my husband managed to enjoy a slice of Key lime pie, his favorite dessert. I passed and turned my chair around to watch the Yankee game since it was easier than trying to talk. If we return I think we'll choose a weeknight when I hope it's a bit quieter, and will request a table further from the bar. Everything was good enough that I'd like to try some other menu options that piqued my interest.

We had a party of 4 and arrived at about 3pm, we didn't realize that the dining room didn't open till 4pm but they let us sit down in the dining room and we had to order from the counter which was no big deal. They did have a young lady in the dining room but she said she was not a waitress, this is just my opinion but they should let her wait on tables when something like this comes up so she can get the experience to become a waitress. Food was delicious, we all had different chicken dishes and all of us loved what we had. Prices were very fair. Definitely will be going back soon. They also do a pasta night and a chicken night the was very reasonable.

This isn't the first incident we've had but we gave this place another shot since the pizza was somewhat decent. If my child would have gotten that plastic, we would've had bigger problems. The menu is simple and not overwhelming which is something I really appreciate. The ingredients are quality and authentic. We love the Fulton street panini. The paninis are more like calzones because they use their pizza dough. Really unique and delicious with a bit of char from that pizza oven. The meat and cheese boards have these peppers that provide the perfect acidic bite to cleanse your pallet. The pesto gnocchi is homemade, tender and fresh with herbs. The salads are large and full of Mediterranean goodness. The cocktails are amazing with some interesting flavor combinations. One of my favorites at the moment is a mezcal and beet drink. Their espresso martini is also one of the best I've had in the area. For dessert you have to try the tiramisu. It is served in a martini glass and tastes as good as it looks. Pairs well with the espresso martini. The service is excellent and friendly. Josh goes out of his way to make sure everyone is comfortable and full with food and drink. The atmosphere is warm, intimate and cozy with dim lighting. The music is fun with a lot of great throwbacks. Never anything offensive or too loud. The grilled chicken caesar slice was huge and was pretty tasty, I'll definitely reorder. I also tried the tricolor grandma pizza. This slice I'd recommend to everyone as it's better than a regular grandma but not too much different or adventurous. I tried a bite of my boyfriend's hot honey pepperoni pizza and we both thought it was a cool twist on your average pepperoni. Lastly, I highly recommend the garlic knots, most places just have tasteless dough with oil on top, but this was actually soft, fluffy bread with the garlic taste throughout the entire garlic knot. I'm very picky about them so I was happy with what I got. Nothing about the exterior of the pizzeria is special and it's in a busy plaza, so I never really noticed it. My random gogole search for a chicken caesar slice nearby was how I encountered this place. Overall I'd say this is worth the trip. My only issue is the pizza is quite pricy, I got 3 slices and 4 garlic knots for a little over $20. You're better off just buying an entire pie and splitting it with a group.

The Brixton is a beautiful restaurant with very relaxed and casual vibes. The word around town is that their drinks are awesome. What about their food, though? They originally would not seat us in the middle of the afternoon because most of the empty tables were reserved. We had to request to sit outside, which was empty, before they decided to serve us. Odd that they did not even offer that to us. The General Tso' Cauliflower was the only great thing served to us. It is incredibly crispy and flavorful. You almost forgot that you were eating a piece of vegetable at times. The Short Rib Brisket Sesame burger was shocking. $18 for two White Castles-sized sliders. It was easily consumed, and I was left much to be desired. This is most definitely an appetizer item, not an entree. The Chicken Waffle was good. Nicely deep-fried and packs a lot of flavor. The waffle looked dubious. If I had to guess, it might not be mad fresh to order. Essentially, it's 3 drumsticks/wings over a possibly frozen Eggo waffle. I would recommend a second dish if you are looking to get full. The Steak frites and Eggs Benedict were the final dishes served. It is hard to mess these dishes up, but the ribeye was nicely seasoned and cut up. The dishes were nicely displayed. Overall, this is just an OK experience. When the deep-fried cauliflower appetizer is the most memorable dish here, it is quite alarming. Portion sizes are on the small end, and none of the flavors for the entrees really stuck out. Perhaps I will come here strictly for the drinks next time.
