Went in since it's been a couple of years and it's not the same Sardis as when it opened. Grandma pie totally Soggy and wet. Not even worth this review as something must have changed. Old saying nothing is forever. Back to Broadway pizza where it's always consistent and zero attitudes behind the counter. Too bad for Sardo's. read more

10-9-25. Stopped in for lunch because I had an errand to run in the area. Very satisfying specialty slices. Tried a chicken bruschetta slice, a sweet chili chicken slice, a sausage and pepper with onions slice and a chicken parm roll. All were very good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good amount of seating in a nice, casual setting. Huge selection of pizzas and other items to choose from. I would definitely return when in the area. read more

My friend & I went for what we thought would be a nice dinner. First of all the staff is so loud that we couldn't even have a conversation. We ordered a calzone. I have had so many calzones in my lifetime but this by far the worst. There was no ricotta cheese just loaded with mozzarella. The crust was soggy. We also got the eggplant Parmesan with pasta. It was much too salty. We ll never go back there again read more

Chicken parm was decent didnt not my socks off like some reviewers mentioned...I ate half and reheated the other half the other day...sauce was good, cheese a little burnt read more

Pizza is absolutely amazing as well as all of the kitchen food. You can never go wrong with any of the options. The owners and staff are super friendly and absolutely hilarious. I definitely recommend. You really can't go wrong here. Great job Sardos! read more

We ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad to share and the Sardo Special pizza. Both were very good but we didn't realize the Sardo pizza did not come with sauce. The waiter was able to bring some to our table after we inquired. The restaurant is a bit small, but we had our pick of tables. The best part about this experience was the service....EXCELLENT!!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I went for lunch was asked if the pizza was to go and if I wanted it hot. I said yes. The pizza went into the oven for literally 3 minutes. I get home and the pizza is ice cold and cheese wasn't even melted. I called back to ask why should I get asked if I want it hot if it's not hot. The girl on the phone said sorry. I was like that all you have to say. She said what else do you want me to say. I asked to speak to a manager and he gets on the phone and said what do you want me to do to make it better. I was like why get it hot when I am heating it up in the toaster. He told me that he hopes the worst thing that happens to me is that I have cold pizza today. I WILL never set foot in there again. Who talks to a paying customer like that!!! Glad he is making millions that he doesn't need people's money. read more

Good food, great people and awesome lunch specials. Went out for food because our workplace lunch swiper struck again and ate my sandwich. Hangrily, I stumbled upon this place looking for a bank and I'm glad I did!! My new favorite pizza place!! Regular slice was amazing!! read more

We ordered a round cheese pie for pickup Friday night. From the person that took my order to the people that helped me when I picked up, the staff is friendly and helpful. The place looks great and is very clean, all the food in the glass case looks fantastic we can't wait to try some other items. Last visit we had the sardo special pie and a couple of us don't eat onions and peppers so they were nice enough to put them on the side so those of us that like them didn't have to miss out. The toppings are sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, mushrooms, and mozzarella (peppers and onions) it's a fabulous pie. read more

They are the nicest people and the food is great! They seem to know a lot of customers by name.

The family and I absolutely love pizza, and we have been getting pizza in Huntington (DiRaimo's) and Melville (Victor's and Mario's), as the local places in Greenlawn we have not been happy with - not the same since Jimmy's closed years ago! Seeing so many glowing reviews for Sardo's, we were optimistic to have a go-to place closer. Well, either the reviews were wrong, or we caught them on a real off night!! However, an off night could explain giving out burnt garlic knots (see pic), though that is pretty inexcusable since you would think they would see it was burnt, and not give it out. The main point though is he pizza overall was just plain not good for a number of reasons, including flavorless, watery sauce, so that makes us think it was more than just an off night. I would give them the lowest rating, 1 star, except to be fair my daughter thought the gluten free pizza she had was fairly good, so I want to be fair. read more

I'm happy I got to try this new establishment being a pizza connoisseur Raised in queens I know Pizza very well I ordered the Sicilian and a regular pie both were excellent I also ordered the Gorgonzola salad but that's for the girls in my family not for myself and they enjoyed it very much. I would say my pizza was definitely the best pizza in the vicinity. I think the sauce while very very tasty can use a drop more basil and oregano. The neighborhood should definitely give these guys a shot they will not be disappointed read more

Stopped here for takeout Wednesday night for a Margarita Pie. I was mesmerized by all the amazing food on display the second I walked in the door. The folks behind the counter were all super nice. Decided to have a nice cold beer while I waited. There is no bar but they have small 2 tops by the counter you can sit at if you're waiting or just grabbing a slice. There's also a large dining area for larger parties. Everything was cooked and done before I even finished my beer. The Margarita, Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap and 2 Garlic knots. All EXCELLENT! Thank you to the nice woman behind the counter for suggesting the dipping sauce for the knots! I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back again. read more

Anger management needed at Sarto's. Menu states cheese pizza $12 which I ordered from the phone at home when I went to pick it up he told me it was 18 which I paid. When I suggested he get the website fixed, he followed me out of the store, screaming and yelling, and berating me and threatening me to my car until I picked up my phone to call the police he went away Decent pizza. read more

Sardo's Pizzeria - Pizza Near Me - Greenlawn, New York

I can't believe they sell a pizza, the Sardo's special nonetheless, with no sauce on it. When you order online there's an option to add "extra sauce" so it seemed like the pizza already comes with sauce, but no, the pizza came delivered with zero sauce. Just toppings baked on top of pizza dough. We called about it thinking a mistake had been made but the guy insinuated we don't know how to read and laughed at us???? Terrible pizza and even worse customer service. Screw this place. read more
