Solid pizza and super friendly staff . The prices are very reasonable . This is my family's go to when in KP .

Long Island has a pizza parlor on every corner. It doesn't mean they're all good. If you're looking for that perfect, no-frills, consistently delicious slice, Short Stop Pizza absolutely delivers. The pizza is exactly what you want it to be...crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right balance of cheese. Every bite tastes fresh and well-made, not rushed or overly greasy like you find in a lot of places. It's the kind of spot where you know you're getting a solid, satisfying meal every time. It even arrives hot with delivery. Beyond the food, iIt feels like a true neighborhood staple, the kind of place you keep coming back to because it never disappoints. Simple, reliable, and genuinely good pizza and subs. Highly recommend. read more

We love Shortstop!! Always excellent!! We love the buffalo salad slices and gotta have cheesy bread !! Service is excellent!!

My favorite pizza place in this town. Never disappoints me. Though the prices have gone up over the years, the flavor is all still there. read more

one of my faves. the garlic cheese sticks are incredible! the heros are really good as well

Definitely the best pizza in Kings Park, by far. Always consistently good, people who work there are always pleasant.

This is probably my favorite pizza place in KP, and it's a little hidden so you probably wouldn't suspect that! Even on Super Bowl Sunday I was able to place an order and pick it up within 20 minutes. My favorite thing is their garlic stick pie- basically cheesy garlic pizza with sauce on the side for dipping and so highly recommended! Pro tip- if you order that get their vodka sauce for dipping! read more

Great Neapolitan pizza!!!! Perfect crust and sauce to cheese ratio. Also has a killer calzone.

Stopped in here for a couple of slices for lunch while passing through KP. VI arrived around 1120 so all the pies on the counter were fresh. About 5 or 6 different choices, I opted for a regular cheese slice and a "chicken Parmesan" slice. Both were very good, although the chx parm slice was just like a Sicilian slice with chicken and cut like a regular pie. Regardless, it was yummy. I'll come back here again. read more

Always great food and quick delivery. Baked Pasta dishes amazing- I always get the Caesar salad.

Very solid pizza place. They have a good Sicilian pie and also a stuffed meat pie with ricotta. They deliver which is beneficial because not every place in the area delivers. Crust is very flavorful and pizza is a good size. The stuffed meat pie has a generous amount of meat and cheese and comes with so many slices. Definitely will go back and recommend. read more

Pizza was really good. Nice tasting sauces, good mix of cheese. One complaint - I ordered my pie in person and waited and it could have been cooked a couple of more minutes to brown out the crust a bit more. read more

Excellent love the sauce pizza great salad is a must their chicken Cesar pizza is the best I ever had

Went to a party today that had about 10 pizzas ordered from Short Stop. I was very impressed with the quality. Will put them on my list.

The pizza is so awesome. This crispy crust on the bottom buffalo chicken salad pizza full of flavor. Delicious read more

Short Stop Pizzeria - Buffalo salad slice - Pizza Near Me - Kings Park, New York

Pretty decent place but I wouldn't give 5 stars cause it's a very mediocre place for pizza. They're is only a few slices that I think are really good like then Caesar salad slice/buffalo chicken salad slice, the Mac n cheese slice, and the garlic stick slice. The Rest of the Italian food on the menu is not that great. It's very average and bland. They're are many other pizza places that have better Italian food. read more

Great little pizzeria tucked into the Tanzi Plaza shopping center. These guys crank out great pizza, great dinners and have a helpful staff! Their vodka sauce is as good as a Manhattan restaurant.... Great service, great pizza....Short Stop!! read more

They have the best pizza in town. Their other dishes are also good. I've done take out and delivery with them and the delivery is always on time. Definitely check them out. read more

I used this pizzeria at least twice weekly for 7 years. They know us well and we usually get delivery. This past year we have had MANY issues. We dont get parts of our order, something is ALWAYS, forgotten, under cooked, burnt or cold. Finally we call to speak to management. Management argued with us for 5 minutes and we demanded a free pie as we spend over $300 a month at this restaurant! We got that pie tonight. The delivery guy got nasty with me assuming there would be no tip. I did have a tip and gave him a lecture on how not to be a nasty little punk. His attitude is a reflection of his management. Also going into the establishment is off putting as the Male employee stare at the scantily dressed counter female employees. It is so blatant my daughter and I are uncomfortable when in the restaurant. Stay away and NEVER order thier wings! read more

I've lived in Kings Park now for three years and have tried all the local pizza places. If you ask me, Short Stop is the best. As far as their pizza goes, my favorite slice is their deep dish. It's a thick slice with just about the right amount of cheese. Give it a try! read more

I am a huge fan of Short Stop mainly for one reason...BBQ Chicken Pizza. They make it the best I've ever had. They always have other specialty pies going though, and regular is fab too. Heros are good there also. Chicken Parm is outstanding. Parking can get a little hairy. The train station is RIGHT there, as well as a Blockbuster that's always hopping. Staff is young and friendly. Delivery is on time. read more

Great place for a slice! Fast, easy and delicious!! White pie is awesome as is the baked ziti pie and the buffalo chicken salad pie is a favorite in our house!! Staff is always friendly and accommodating!! Definitely our favorite neighborhood spot for Friday pizza nights!! read more

This is the best pizza in town, and probably the best pizza in about a 10 mile radius. They do a 3 for 2 deal on heros, huge value there. They have nice sized salads on the menu at a steal. I don't drink soda, like ever, yet every time I come here I get an ice-cold fountain Coke and it's the perfect tasty beverage to wash it all down. I usually get a large and ask for a refill and they don't even charge me! Only things that keep Short Stop from being the 5-star pizzeria is the skimpy amount of meat in the heros. Usually I find that as a bit of a saving grace since it's not really very expensive anyway and at least it chops a few calories off...but man if only they'd put more substance there, it'd be worth a few extra minutes on my daily cardio. read more

Honestly the Best Pizzeria in town! I order numerous times a week. I've had Pizza, Salads, different pastas and none seem to disappoint. My favorite is the Lasagna, freshly made ! Oh and the Zucchini sticks are so yummy! When I have no idea what to eat, I always end up at Shortstop because the food is ALWAYS Great. And the Friendly Service is the icing on the cake, 5 Stars All around read more

If you are in Kings Park, this is the best pizza in town. In the whole world of pizza is probably give it 3.5 stars but that's not an option here. It's not expensive, not greasy, and not too salty. The salad is good too and the meatballs are yummy. And since I've been coming here (after Martino's closed) Short Stop has always been consistent. At the end of the day--that's what you want--you know what you are getting. read more

Since my last review, nothing has changed: pizza is consistent, the dinners are consistent and the service is consistent. I'm always treated well. If you have not tried their white cheese pizza, you are doing yourself a disservice. A must try!!! read more

I used to go to buy pizza very often, the people that used to work there were very friendly,i went there today and this hairless man give me bad attitude for no reason, and my slices were cold,i won't back to this place never again. read more

THREE STRIKES YOUR OUT!!!!!! If I could rate this a zero I would. I am a long time customer of Short Stop Pizza. My last three visits my order was wrong all three times. I had to wait at least 15 minutes while they cooked the right order each time. No apology offered by any of the employees. No discount offered. The employees do not know their own menu. Seems things have gone down hill since Danielle resigned. TIME TO LOOK FOR NEW PIZZA PLACE!!! read more

Took a brief drive up to try it out, based on the generally positive reviews on Yelp. Had a couple of slices, neither of which was particularly impressive. Sauce was a little sweet for my taste and the slices were a little bland. Not a pizza place I would go out of the way to visit. read more

These guys make a good pizza at a very fair price. Their regular cheese pie has a crispy crust and not too much cheese, perfect amount. The pizza sauce on the pies is very tasty, just the right amount of seasoning and not too sweet. . The sicilian is not to doughy with a super crispy even texture read more

Absolutely the best pizza spot around. No where else can you get a deep dish slice like the ones they have there.

They have amazing eggplant Parmesana . You should try. Ordered already 5 times or more.

Favorite pizza store in kings park. Buffalo chicken pizza is the best. Sometimes it's a little burn but everything else is good.
