As for your Traditional Neopolitan, The Don has a perfectly balanced sauce, and just the right ratio of cheese. To be safe, I always order Well-Done, but I really do like the char flavour of a hot oven! We have had some other food here- Chicken Française, which is spectacular. Nice crunch on the chicken, loads of lemon and fresh herbs. Garlic Knots- small, packed with the purest Garlic, Oil, and Parmesan. Grandma Pie. At first I thought it was an off day for them but after a second time and their chicken tasting strange it is definitely not okay. The food and service are always of very high quality. I ordered the chicken Parm hero and it was perfect. Very tasty sauce and cheese covering a very generous amount of chicken. My wife who is gluten free had the gf penne with broccoli,garlic and oil. She loved it. With such a generous portion, I had some too. Completely random reason I was in the area and although I've passed it over the years I never stop in that shopping center. Had a slice (Excellent, crust, cheese, suace..) and a special item Thick sliceed ham and provolone in a garlic knot bun. By far the one of the best things I've eaten in a while. I'm going to be honest. Black People/POC that happen to be in this neighborhood, do not eat at this restaurant. At least one to two of the guys behind the counter are racist. I'm a relatively new customer, but my girlfriend had been going there all her life. The last FEW times, the guy behind the counter told her and myself, both separately and together, that we could get the heck out of his restaurant. I thought maybe he'd said it jokingly when she told me what happened when she was alone, but once I was in there with her the next time, I could hear the undertone and seriousness is clear. We're both of brown/caramel complexion. I've yet to see him say this to anyone white or white passing. It wasn't always like this. Let's say there's even a 1% chance that I'm wrong and he's not a racist,..one of the other comments here says a guy behind the counter called her friend a c*nt as they left just because they were confused about the order they were picking up. Honestly with what i experienced, that's totally believable for me. On that alone, the customer service here is clearly trash, and that's not a place I want my money going towards. We shouldn't have had to feel that way in 2021, or ever. Safe to say we're never going back to this place again. read more

Purchased stuffed meat pizza over Fathers Day weekend 2022. Quality has fallen off a cliff since last purchase about 6 months ago. Pie diameter was 17" and the cheese portion of stuffing was only a 12" diameter circle inside the pie. Meat stuffing was less than that diameter and thinner as well. Doing some quick math revealed that 50% of pie was only dough with no filling. Marinara sauce has changed as well. Much lower quality than in the past with a much lighter color. I may try once more in future to see if situation fixed before dropping this establishment. read more

They don't make too many specialty slices but if you ask for simple toppings, they'll throw a ton on to a regular with some extra mozz before heating it in the oven. Excellent pizzeria on the Smithtown/ Commack boarder where one bite of their regular slices take me back to Knickerbocker Ave. Perfectly crispy crust and great sauce to cheese ratio. One of the few pizza places that the better item is their hero's. The pizza is good and the specialty pizza is better, but the hero's are fantastic. They are big and filled with whatever you want.
