We have been ordering from them almost every day when we need lunch for the contractors doing work on our house and they deliver the food on time while prepared and Michael's also so great on the phone. Timothy's is known for one thing - the BEST Buffalo Soldier sandwich on Long Island! I've been getting this sandwich since high school and it's still as good as ever. The guys at Timothy's make a KILLER chicken cutlet which is good no matter what you add to it. Nice spot for pizza on the way to Centerport, and so we decided to stop here for a quick bite on our way over to the Vanderbilt Museum/Planetarium (inexplicably closed on a Thursday, boooo!!) Must have driven by this place a million times growing up here in this area, never took the time to stop in. Small, mostly take out, but there are a few tables if you decide to eat in. Had a couple of tasty slices, served up hot and quick, and saw lots of other tempting options on their dinner and catering menu. Worth a visit... For 22 years my favorite pizza ever is Timmothy's bbq chicken DEEP DISH. I don't like regular bbq chicken slices from any pizza place Except Timmothy's. If you haven't, do yourself a favor and try it, you will not find another like it on the island (I've looked). Second favorite is the buffalo chicken deep dish (equally as unique, but the bbq has my heart). Other than those, all of the pizza is top notch. Little, strip mall pizzeria. The pizza is good, not great. It has that old 80's vibe to it. I think all that was missing was a Pac-Man machine at the front. I grabbed a Sicilian and a BBQ Chicken slice to go. I really wish they were hotter. The Sicilian was just ok. It had a good taste, but again it was lukewarm. The BBQ Chicken was good. Absolutely bar-bones decor; small interior but the pizza and the heroes are absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Were doing a nice business, esp takeout on Friday night, so that's a good sign. Parking leaves a lot to be desired. The sign says they do curbside pick up so that would save a lot of aggravation and I plan to use that next time. Recently renovated, so it looks much better than before! They have the absolute best deep dish barbecue chicken pizza than any other place I have been to. Nice crust, good sauce, and the right amount of chicken. One slice is a whole dinner! The garlic knots are really good and garlicky. The parking lot is tight though, so one star off for that.
