I have been using Villa for a few years now. When we moved to Lindenhurst I asked about a great pizza restaurant. Villa was #1 hands down. In April we were disappointed with the food. Decided to try some other pizzaries. Some were very good, but not Villa. We decided to try Villa again. The disappointment returned. Driver couldn't find our address. 10 minutes on the phone, Driver finally asked if we spoke Spanish. Finally got the food, pizza was cold and they must have run out of cheese very little on pie. You could hold upside-down and no cheese moved, even after reheating. I remember when cheese would run off pie. Also woman on phone was no help when I called to complain. No way to run a neighborhood restaurants. Guess it's back to trying more Pizzaries any suggestions. read more

The pizza is good, the prices are average. I don't love the environment. The music is often club or techno and I prefer it not so loud. We have eaten at Villa before and have not had any problems. Today however, we decided to order a eggplant pie and have it delivered. I paid with my credit card and gave a 15% tip. The delivery person came to the door, and said $35. So she pays in cash and tips on top of that. I call, furious! They kept saying sorry, but multiple times, I asked if the driver knew ? No answer. The driver had to know because you cant order a pizza without paying up front. There is no, 'I"ll pay cash when it arrives" option. None that I know of. read more

Excellent local pizza shop. Always fresh, always great, always a great variety of slices and specialty offerings. Haven't had a sit down dinner but have come in a bunch to have them warm up some slices, an Eggplant boat, some meatballs, rice ball, calzone......you name it, they got it. There has to be at least 30 or more choices out on display, the only challenge is making a decision. read more

Let me start by saying the food is excellent, pizza selection is better than most. Unfortunately, whomever they have chose to take to go orders needs a serious lesson in customer service. We have now placed 2 separate orders on a Friday night and this woman has been rude, inpatient, shown poor customer service and has made multiple mistakes. A business can only be as good as those that it employs and until now they were amazing. This woman needs to go! We have been going to Villa for quite some time and tonight may be our last order if they think people like her are acceptable employees. I did speak to a manager when i called after the first horid interaction and he was apologetic but clearly indifferent as she was still a horrible person the following week. Pretty darn good pizza!! So my favorite was the old fashioned of course , because I'm a old fashioned type of gal ,but the Buffalo slice is one of the best. The chicken bacon ranch that I ate from my hubby's plate was super yummy. It's definitely worth the drive to Lindenhurst to get some. Now go get you some!! read more

I brought the family here for the first time Saturday evening. The service was absolutely horrible and the food was atrocious. The waitress had the worst attitude. It took almost 2 hours to get our food. I politely asked why was it taking so long to get serviced and alls they could offer is that they were overwhelmed with catering orders. Absolutely terrible business practices. They basically didn't care about their internal customers and neglected the dining room. All the customers received absolute terrible service and not one thing was offered to the customers for the terrible service. Lastly, the ambiance of the dining room was so dark and ridiculously loud becomes no one could order anything but slices. You need to do a better job than this. read more

I was in Lindenhurst yesterday with a couple of friends, when we stopped in at Villa pizza, large selection of pies, sandwiches and assorted other delights. I ordered one slice of upside down, and one slice Chicken bacon ranch, Both were, Light and airy, and crunchy, all at the same time. Pizza is subpar. The crust always taste old or undercooked. The sauce has a weird taste to it that We can not pinpoint. The 2 times we have ordered from them I have gotten extremely sick from the pizza and thrown up and had bad stomach cramps the next day. read more

Ordered a simple half and half pie. Completely botched it. Delivery guy couldn't give enough change back either. Called them to make them aware of their mistake and only recieved an "oh I'm sorry". After asking what will be done to make it right they said they would send another pie. Simply taking the box from the delivery guy I could tell it was poorly made. How can you open a pizza place when you can't even make good sauce? It's straight tomatoes, no seasoning. We live two blocks away and picked up the food ourselves and everything was still cold. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. At 6:30 I received a plain pie and pepperoni rolls when I ordered a grandma pie. Called the establishment and let them know. They said they were going to send the pie right over. Called back at 7:30 and they refused to sent me the correct pie because I let Grubhub know that it was wrong. Not for nothing but the delivery person was from their restaurant and they messed up, the restaurant. Spoke to the manager and he was absolutely disgusting and rude on the phone. Wouldn't send me a new pie unless I payed for it BUT you messed up. I have never heard of this before. You tell a couple they are going to get their dinner and they never receive it nor do you let them know they aren't getting it. asked the manager if he woukd have corrected the meal or pie if I was at the establishment and his answer was "yes and we would have taken off the bill." but since we ordered it from home we cant get the same service amazing.
