Took my gmc truck in for the free oil change and get some minor recalls done. The auto stop still wasn't working, ON STAR said oil life was only 17 percent and my back tires were on the front and front tires were on the back. The service advisor said ON STAR was probably wrong. Checked the truck,it said ON STAR was right. I made mention about how capable the mechanic was or wasn't. that pissed the service jockey off. They said don't say bad things about their grease monkey. They can't build good vehicles and certainly can't fix them. read more

When I purchased a car from here they told me the previous owner brought the car to them for every service, one year later I called and asked the service team for the service records because I moved and they told me the car was never serviced there, they only had record of receiving it into inventory. I overall liked the location so I'll keep it at 3 stars, it's a general rule of thumb to never trust a dealer but disappointing when you catch them in a lie. read more

I have never experienced such a nice overall process when buying a vehicle. My salesperson (JARIO GONZALEZ) was fantastic and that is the reason for my 5-star rating. Jario was very patient and made me feel comfortable by not applying pressure one way or another. His only concern was that I found the vehicle I wanted and did not try to up-sale me on anything. He clearly knew the pros and cons of all the used vehicles (and new) that I looked at. I dragged him around their lot looking at both new & used vehicles and he tolerated my flip-flopping on all the vehicles I was looking at as I was unsure of what I wanted. To be honest, the purpose of my visit to Alexander GMC that day was to have my truck serviced. I had no intention of purchasing anything because my wife and son were out of town and even if I purchased something, I would have no way of getting it home. But that is another story. I decided to walk the lot because I had previously been looking to buy a car for my son as a graduation present. I had visited several other dealerships before Alexander GMC and was tired of the process of dealing with the games other dealerships played. However, Jario greeted me when I was walking the lot. As we converse, he built my trust in him as a salesperson. He stuck with me and answered all my questions even though I told him I would not be purchasing a vehicle that day. But, between Jario and the sales manager (JOUBIN ILBEIG) they were able to price the vehicle to meet my price-point and made it possible to where I could afford it. As far as getting my vehicle delivered, Jario went above and beyond by bringing my vehicle home that was being serviced. All this on his own time. Unprofessional. The car lease process was fine, just what you would expect from any dealership. I leased an Acadia while returning a 3 yr. lease on an older Acadia. When I transferred the car, Alexander GMC provided me with a letter releasing me from any liabilities once I return the old Acadia. A couple of months after I leased the car, I received a letter from GM financial saying I owe some money due to excess miles (about $300 worth). I called Alexander GMC's finance department and the gentleman who processed the finance transaction, who remembered me, told me they will take care of it. Another couple of months go by and I receive a notice my credit score was significantly reduced due to a small $300 fee owed which was not handled by Alexander GMC. I left two messages and no one is even calling me back. read more
