    Description of what I found in my vehicle.

    About a week ago, I leased a brand new truck from this dealership. Once I arrived at home I was transferring my stuff over from my old truck into my new truck and discovered drug paraphernalia (foil with burnt markings on it) tucked underneath the driver rear seat. I reached out to sales team and general manager and got no explanation on how this ended up in a brand new truck off the lot! They did not have time to detail my truck when I bought it so they told me to bring it in when I could, they stated that they reached out and offered me a full detail, which was false. They already owed me one. Please be careful and doublecheck the vehicle before leaving this lot.. I decided to do this review since they did not take this seriously. This put my career at risk and my family in danger of possibly being exposed to dangerous substances.

    The level of Customer Service you receive after a sale will always let you know the quality of any business. Alexander GMC is as bad as you might expect. The sales guy, Sam, even commented to me about not understanding why car salespeople aren't trusted. Well... it's because you're all shady. Alexander GMC sold me a vehicle with a broken windshield. When it was brought to my attention about 2 weeks later, Sam refused to offer any customer service and told me to go kick rocks. This is why you're not trust worthy, Sam. Providing good post-sale customer service would have earned your dealership my business in the service department. However, with your poor response, you've lost my business forever and earned a two-star rating. Oh, and your nickel and dime sales tactics are transparent and another reason to avoid this dealership. Carmax is a much better option. UPDATE: Still no word from the sales manager so I updated this to a one star rating. Can you imagine telling a customer that they will hear from a manager shortly, but that manager doesn't follow up?

    By far the worst experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle. Purchased a truck from them in 2020 with absolutely no issues, went back to purchase an SUV. Prior to even providing my DL I informed staff I needed the car to be delivered, they stated there would be a wait but no issues w delivering. Delivering the vehicle was a precursor to purchasing the vehicle. 1) tried to provide me with a price that was higher than what was advertised online. When I brought it to their attention they stated "oh that was a Halloween special but we'll honor it." I checked online at that exact time and the advertised price was still online. It was 8k less than what they initially tried to provide me 2) informed employee I did not want to finance- employee suggested I put my money in a high yield savings to save money and finance my vehicle. 3) when everything was settled they came back out and asked if I could "do them a favor and take the car now" because I would be taking away from company time and sales if someone were to deliver. Then tried to incentivize me to take the vehicle home by providing me a free detail and gas money when I had initially started the vehicle needed to be delivered, then they stated that I should be afraid if something happens to the vehicle I.e. a customer hits it while on the lot if I were to not take it with me immediately. This honestly caught me off guard and I was irritated because I had stated a precursor to purchasing the vehicle was that it needed to be delivered! All in all never returning there again, to top it off I had pointed out scuff marks in the leather and glove compartment that needed to be cleaned and they did not do so. Everyone was nice but the way that they tried to force me tot take the car home and the scare tactics that they tried to use I definitely would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from there and will sadly not be returning.

    There aren't enough words to describe how fantastic JERAN, DAVID and VICTOR are! They went the extra mile, really listened to us with our needs and put in the extra time and effort to get our daughter her dream car. They treated us like friends and truly cared about how they could make this work for our family. I can't thank them enough! In dealing with dozens of car dealerships and sales teams in this hunt for a car I now know what honesty and determination can get you because these two men showed me. We will be back to work with them for our future car needs because they showed how awesome this experience can be! Thank you Jeran and David!! Victor too! I can't thank you enough! And special shout out to Trunks for being the coolest sales dog!

    After 6 or seven service appointments for the sunroof malfunctioning Tina my service advisor finally got it done for me . I know it wasn't her who was restricting . I even had convos with the old service manager exchanged several emails and he was like "no" and I was like "it's under warranty" I've been complaining since the day we drove the lot 2 years ago. We are coming up on our final lease year and there was no way we were keeping this suv if this was not replaced under warranty. Now it works great, hasn't gotten stuck once . Thanks Tina ! I appreciate the work you did to finally get this approved .

    I'm not someone who exactly loves the process of vehicle purchase, but I recommend putting yourself in the capable hands of Alexander GMC. Yesterday my wife and I, after some less than adequate experiences at other places, decided to drive further away than normal and head out to Simi Valley, based on positive reviews, and website information suggesting they had stock available we were interested in. We were first greeted by I think Marck Garcia (I'm looking at their "meet our team" page) who was friendly and helpful. Instead of ignoring my wife, who was the one shopping, we were both treated as welcome guests equally, which is a nice change after other experiences we had where she was ignored. She's the "car guy" in our relationship, I'm not really. Marck turned us over to Abbas, who was a newer addition to the Alexander team. Abbas knew more about our questions than anyone in the prior dealerships we had been to. But even better, when he didn't know the answer to something, he FOUND OUT rapidly and then related us the data. He was factual and helpful and friendly and accomodating. He also assisted as the process went on, helping expedite things competently and rapidly. We were given to Dennis Marazitto, probably because they could detect the faint scent of lasagna on us being a half Italian family, so we were quite at ease. Joking, I don't know why they gave us Dennis. Dennis worked with us and there was some back and forth, but it was way more rapid and less irritating than any other time I've been at a dealership. And with a wife being the "car guy" and the fact that she changes cars every three years, believe me when I say I have had my fill of this part of the process. Dennis had a manner that destressed the process. He felt more like an advocate than a sales person, and I appreciate that and his boss should appreciate that too, because that = sales, speaking as a salesman and a manager of sales people at my own company. We came to an agreement. We were assisted by the finance guys along the way, but the only one we met was Mike Skobin. Mike made the end of the process easy and comfortable. He is a cool guy, relaxed manner. You get the idea "this is going to happen according to plan" with him. And it did, no surprises, no disappointments. Ours was a complicated process due to our own weird situation of moving money around, needing a loaner car, doing a trade in, but they made every step easy!! I used two exclamation marks there on purpose. This is not what normally happens at a dealership. Today we are receiving delivery of a giant gleaming ice blue Hummer EV, and everyone on my street is going to say "there goes the neighborhood." Damned straight! Naw joking. It's an HOA, I'm surrounded by nosy people, I'll behave. I really have only ever said this once in my life: I would recommend others go to this dealership. They make a complicated and involved process about as easy and confrontable as it can be made, and I appreciated getting done and home in time to spend time with visiting family from out of state.

    I highly recommend Alexander GMC! I went in there after shopping around for some time at surrounding GMC's and Dennis and Joubin really hooked me up with exceptional service and sweet deal. He made my purchase very quick, smooth and easy. My family and I are happy with our purchase and we are grateful to have met Dennis, Joubin and everyone else at Alexander GMC. Shout out Dennis!!
