Walked in to get info and test drive a RAV4. Naaman did a great job taking me on a test drive, giving me all information, and was friendly. I never felt pressured to buy, he did a good job trying to find the right fit. Overall good experience and dealership offers competitive pricing. read more

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Toyota of Simi Valley, and a huge part of that was because of Juan, our sales representative. From the beginning, Juan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He took the time to understand what we needed, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He also went above and beyond to get us an amazing deal with a very generous discount, and even arranged for the vehicle to be dropped off for us. His attention to detail, excellent manners, and understanding of how to take care of clients really stood out. We felt completely comfortable and confident working with him throughout the entire process. We also had an excellent experience with Steven in Finance. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered our questions thoroughly, and handled the entire finance process without wasting our time or making things unnecessarily complicated. It was honestly one of the smoothest finance experiences we've had at a dealership. Juan and Steven are both excellent at what they do and made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Toyota of Simi Valley is very lucky to have them. We would absolutely recommend asking for Juan if you're looking for a vehicle and Steven when it comes time to complete the financing. Thank you both for such outstanding service. read more

I don't normally leave reviews before a purchase is complete, but I wanted to recognize JB for the outstanding service he's provided so far. I've been shopping for a Toyota Tundra for the past several months and have spoken with multiple dealerships. JB has easily been the most responsive and transparent salesperson I've worked with. He has consistently answered my questions quickly, provided detailed walkaround and specific functionality videos, shared inspection information, and kept me updated throughout the process without ever making me feel pressured. Whether or not we end up purchasing this particular truck, JB has gone above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, especially considering we're driving more than an hour to the dealership. That level of communication and professionalism is rare and deserves recognition. If you're looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, I'd definitely recommend asking for JB. read more

Worth visiting every time.... Shout out to Austin and amazing knowledgeable sales associate that delivered top tier customer service. Thank you Austin! Have bought several vehicles for friends. This is why they get 5 stars: 1. Still family owned business. Thats why they have the crew very well trained and treat you with respect. Non-pushy. Ask for Austin, he's great. 2. Inventory; even though supply is limited no matter what dealer you go to, they will make it happen for you. 3. Unlike other dealers, they do not mark up their prices. They'll even work with you in the price. At the end if the day, they want to give you a great deal and make you happy. Come visit them read more

I have now gone through two trade-ins and purchases with Simi Valley Toyota and the experience each time has been great. Dana made the process as seamless as possible for my wife and I and helped us secure a new Tundra that had all the features we were looking for within our budget in under 24 hours of our initial inquiry. We live in Bakersfield and Naaman delivered the truck directly to our house, making it even more convenient for us. I highly recommend this branch and its team members if you're looking for a new vehicle. read more

In retrospect I didn't give this place a fair review. When Thousand Oaks Toyota made up some bogus reason why they couldn't service my vehicle under warranty Simi Valley Toyota stepped up and did. When dealing with other dealerships, I keep looking back to my experience with Simi Valley thinking, "Simi Toyota was way better." I would buy here again and I can't have a 2 star review on here since I send everyone I know here, telling them to avoid Thousand Oaks Toyota at all costs. The only thing I can say is there was 1 salesman here I didn't like, but that was just 1 of many I dealt with. Service here ended up finally fixing my brake problem under warranty and the car has been running great since. That's this critic's review. read more

I have to say with all the vehicles I've had and the multiply dealers I have dealt with toyota Simi VALLEY has been the best. I've been here a few times for sales and have generally had pretty fair experiences. Have gotten some great offers on cars in the past that didn't work out but finally got into a Supra at a decent deal. Not a fan of their mandatory add ons but you can typically negotiate the price down to cover that cost. I'd give sales a 3.5-4 star but this is about their service center. Took my Sienna in for its 5K toyota care service. Was informed that there was no oil change, which I figured so that wasn't a big deal. I paid out of pocket, about $130 which is kind of wild since it was $80 in labor for a 30min job. I'm still not even mad at that though since it is a dealer after all. Whats really annoying is that they scratched my cars side skirt during the service. I sent a message to them about it after I had picked my car up and went home...no response. Unfortunately I can't exactly hold them to it since I went home but I know that the scratch wasn't there prior to me bringing the car in. I walk my cars every day in the morning when I bring my kids to school and I would have seen it. No way it could have happened in the 3 miles back home. As a dealership this place is easy enough to work with, but for service, I'll drive over to someone that'll take better care of my car. read more

Naaman was really easy to work with. Not the usual car salesman that is pushy and just wants to sell. He has a great personality and very knowledgeable. If he didn't know something he would look it up and give us an honest answers not trying to just tell you something it was not. Very charismatic and transparent. Great attitude. Never have I ever encountered a more rude service advisor. I asked him to take care of an issue for which I received a letter for from Toyota corporate. He basically told me I was lying and if I couldnt produce the letter he wouldn't fix the issue. Why would I keep a letter when I assumed that the dealership would be aware of this known issue?! Also, I've never left with tire pressure not being checked/fixed. Lazy. I asked if he could call Toyota corporate and figure it out. He said NOPE. He wont do that. So I spent 40 minutes with a lovely woman at corporate who verified everything. Furthermore, the issue is something missing from my car that is STOCK thats missing. They sold me the car with missing badging. So even without this letter ... hello! Its pretty clear the dealership sold me an incomplete car. But no, rather than fix the issue Juan all but called me a liar and wasted an extra 40 minutes of my time. And of course the manager is busy and nowhere to be found... how convenient. read more

Huge thanks to Matthew and Rigo for the wonderful deal on my brand new 2026 Toyota Camry! Will definitely be back again soon!

Definitely recommend Juan, I went into the dealership after my 2008 scion basically gave out on me. I wasn't very hopefully due to my credit and I didn't have a down payment either. Juan managed to find something within our budget, both for our vehicle and payments. He was polite and overall very understanding. I managed to get my car as a trade in, and went through the paper very quickly. Got a solid APR and a beautiful vehicle 100% recommend first time buyers or people looking for reliable cars to come to this dealership. Not just because Toyota is super reliable but because of the atmosphere, customer service and understanding that we not only received from Juan & Mario but the staff as well. We recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Simi Valley, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jaz and the online sales team were extremely helpful. Before we even visited the dealership, they answered our questions about pricing and sent us a detailed video of the vehicle showing all of its features. Everything was transparent and straightforward. When we arrived at the dealership, there were no surprises. The price we agreed to was exactly the price we received. There were no unwanted add ons, no pressure, and no games. The test drive was easy, the paperwork process was smooth, and the finance team was professional and respectful. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on making the process simple. I would like to take a moment to give a huge thank you to Shant and Lisa for providing such an exceptional experience! Shant was absolutely amazing in helping my dad and me exchange our lease for a newer vehicle. Everything about the vehicle exceeded our expectations. I've never been a big fan of hybrid vehicles, but Shant took the time to explain how this particular vehicle operates as both a hybrid and gas vehicle without needing to be charged. His knowledge and explanation genuinely fascinated me. After the test drive, he answered every question I had honestly and thoroughly, which ultimately gave me the confidence to move forward with the vehicle. Shant then introduced us to Lisa in the finance department, and she was equally amazing. Lisa carefully walked us through every detail of the financing and paperwork, making sure we understood everything before signing. She made the entire process easy, comfortable, and even fun. Her bubbly, friendly personality made such a positive difference. Thank you, Shant and Lisa, for making our vehicle exchange such a phenomenal experience. Dear Simi Valley Toyota Team, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received after my car overheated during the early summer heat wave. I arrived at your dealership feeling quite stressed, but your team immediately put me at ease. The greeter welcomed me warmly and efficiently directed me inside while the service team handled the vehicle. Shortly after, a representative took the details of my situation and kindly arranged a shuttle to take me back home while the vehicle was being inspected. I was very impressed by how quickly I received the follow-up call detailing the diagnosis. While the news regarding the radiator, hoses, and necessary repairs was unexpected and expensive, I truly appreciate the prompt communication and professionalism of your staff throughout the process. Toyota of Simi Valley made buying my new car an absolute pleasure. I have never had a positive experience with any auto dealership until now. Joe B. I've purchased about 4 cars in this Simi Valley Toyota franchise over the span of 25 years for myself and family. So, I practically know much of the people who work here except the new salespeople who come and goes, every several months. In essence I keep coming to this dealership for service, parts and checkups for whatever I need. I also often browse around the sales platform to compare the prices and the ongoing new stuff they come up every year while my car is being serviced. The dealership is clean, neat, tidy and their bathrooms are super inviting. They also offer tea, coffee or other snacks while you wait for your car to be serviced. But I'd like to give my 5 stars to their parts department, they're ways polite, kind and willing to help you out whenever you need anything whether on the phone in person. I ended up donating my older Camry to charity to help our community center and had some of the air filters that I no longer need. I called Julio of the parts center and asked in I can still return some of the parts I bought for my cars. He willingly said to drop by and when I got there, these gentlemen made it easy for the exchange, who does that? Wow! So, if you're in the market for a car or just wanted service, come to Simi Valley Toyota and meet the wonderful people of this dealership. All Toyota dealerships are not built the same and when you come to Simi Valley, am sure you'll b treated like a King, just like how I've be treated for many years! read more

Hands down one of the best dealers I've ever bought at! I was looking for a larger truck and had some Fico setback (don't let that set you back fico is just a number). I did about a week of shopping and never dawned on me to try Simi Valley right in my back yard. I typically go internet sales because your in and out and those guys know how to handle deals usually they are fleet guys so I dropped them a line. Rep by the name of JB contacted me and was extremely helpful. He understood what I was dealing with and knew immediately I needed to come in. I was Hesitant as I hate dealers but he was extremely understanding and simply put said just give him a shot. Drive down after a few meetings and met a salesman Chase. We all met and I worked with Chase. Everything from kindness to professionalism was on point. No pressure smooth line dealing and a huge plus a true family owned dealership. In financing I met Lisa who was beyond professional, very persistent she called her self a pitbull but I call it passionate so aka passionate pitbull when WILL fight for you. The deal was beyond excellent they give you space to adjust which is a plus to me. Anyone who buys a vehicle and spends that kind of money doesn't need to ring bells or take pics unless asked. This was a awe experience for me I highly recommend Simi Valley Toyota. Big thanks to Joe B, CHASE, Ms Lisa, and the Simi Family for helping me out. Props guys!! read more
