Had a great experience working with Jairo and Victor. They really helped to make such a stressful process more enjoyable and made sure to address our concerns when it came to purchasing a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle. Jairo is very knowledgeable when it comes to showing the vehicles and we had a great experience all throughout! check them out! read more

Bait and switch. African American Manager with tattoos on his arms tried to bait and switch the vehicle I was purchasing with an inexpensive model for payment. Made me sign 3 times and kept make small changes like adding tax and kept lying that he had to call the owner to get deal done. All bullshit and wasted 2 hours of my time. Very surprised considering the location of the dealership and a "family" dealership to do this behavior. read more

Unprofessional. The car lease process was fine, just what you would expect from any dealership. I leased an Acadia while returning a 3 yr. lease on an older Acadia. When I transferred the car, Alexander GMC provided me with a letter releasing me from any liabilities once I return the old Acadia. A couple of months after I leased the car, I received a letter from GM financial saying I owe some money due to excess miles (about $300 worth). I called Alexander GMC's finance department and the gentleman who processed the finance transaction, who remembered me, told me they will take care of it. Another couple of months go by and I receive a notice my credit score was significantly reduced due to a small $300 fee owed which was not handled by Alexander GMC. I left two messages and no one is even calling me back. read more

I have never experienced such a nice overall process when buying a vehicle. My salesperson (JARIO GONZALEZ) was fantastic and that is the reason for my 5-star rating. Jario was very patient and made me feel comfortable by not applying pressure one way or another. His only concern was that I found the vehicle I wanted and did not try to up-sale me on anything. He clearly knew the pros and cons of all the used vehicles (and new) that I looked at. I dragged him around their lot looking at both new & used vehicles and he tolerated my flip-flopping on all the vehicles I was looking at as I was unsure of what I wanted. To be honest, the purpose of my visit to Alexander GMC that day was to have my truck serviced. I had no intention of purchasing anything because my wife and son were out of town and even if I purchased something, I would have no way of getting it home. But that is another story. I decided to walk the lot because I had previously been looking to buy a car for my son as a graduation present. I had visited several other dealerships before Alexander GMC and was tired of the process of dealing with the games other dealerships played. However, Jario greeted me when I was walking the lot. As we converse, he built my trust in him as a salesperson. He stuck with me and answered all my questions even though I told him I would not be purchasing a vehicle that day. But, between Jario and the sales manager (JOUBIN ILBEIG) they were able to price the vehicle to meet my price-point and made it possible to where I could afford it. As far as getting my vehicle delivered, Jario went above and beyond by bringing my vehicle home that was being serviced. All this on his own time. Thank you Jario, Joubin, and Alexander GMC for making the entire process a pleasant experience. I will be back as now my wife wants a new car too! read more

Beware.. this dealership lies. Service department pulls tricks on you. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

I just purchased a used car from here and my salesman, Abbas Syed, was the best he treated me as family. He was honest about everything. He got use the best price possible and wasn't pushy at all. Even after I purchased it I called about questions and he answered them and if he couldn't he look it up and even bought the part I needed to hook my phone to the navigation system. I plan to go back to him when someone in my family needs a car. Great service and so much respect. He is now part of our family. read more

Edward and David were amazing help! Explained everything thoroughly, walked me through different truck options and were super patient with any and all questions. They made sure I got the best price for my new 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 as well. I typically don't write reviews but in this instance it was necessary; I would definitely recommend this dealership above all the other local ones especially for new truck owners. The experience was phenomenal all around! read more

We had a great shopping experience. It was our 2nd time buying a car from Simi GMC . I want to thank JERAN for helping us. He went above and beyond our expectations. I totally recommend this place. read more

From the very beginning, Jairo was very low-key. Which is good because most people don't like being pressured or bombarded. He kept it professional the entire time and was very nice. He knew more about the product than most other salesmen I've dealt with in the past. If I buy again, it will definitely be with Jairo. read more

Highly recommend coming to Alexander GMC in Simi Valley! Amazing customer service and sales team the best experience buying a truck I have ever had thank you abbas and jeran you guys are the best!!

Just bought my new car at Alexander Buick. We worked with Mario, Tony and Dave who were amazing with taking care of our needs. They were very helpful with getting to our strict budget and including a lot of the warrantee needs we were looking for. It was also a Saturday and it was not a long process. My husband and I did do a lot of research before hand on the cars that we wanted and went to this specific location because they had the exact car we were looking for and at a great price! Great experience read more

The get one star because zero was not an option. Tone deaf people that don't honor their word, including deals. Terrible buying experience was followed-up by being ghosted for a service request. "We don't do that here" So they can't read an engine code? Strange. The experience was so bad I feel like calling the LA Times. If you go in with zero expectation, they will deliver. read more

Sam, David (SJ), Dan, and Mike are all outstanding gentlemen. When I arrived to see the truck I was looking at I was greeted by Dan and Sam immediately. Sam was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle, getting me in for a test drive within 5 minutes of arriving. Dan was very kind during the test drive and showed me features of the truck. Sam and David were patient throughout the process of the deal. I probably was not the easiest customer to deal with but it did not change their demeanor. They were willing to come close to my asking on my trade in, while also working with me on the price of the truck. Throughout the process we shared laughs and stories, I am glad the sale went to you because you are good people. I will come back in a few years to give them a chance again simply because of their character. Thank you guys ! read more

I highly recommend the Simi Valley GMC Dealership on First Street! I noticed right away how wonderfully diverse the staff was. Very refreshing! My intention was to take a look at a GMC Arcadia or something similar. I was guided through the purchasing process by a gentleman named Sam Gambrah. Sam was knowledgeable, patient and asking me all the right open / ended questions. I believe he wanted to gain a better understanding of what I was truly looking for! I'm encouraging all ladies who are intimidated by car dealerships and the purchasing process... Ask for Sam Gambrah at the Simi location! Sam and others I met during the purchasing process, made my car buying experience a positive one! I ended up with purchasing a beautiful GMC Arcadia!!! I enjoy my new (used) car immensely! Looks and drives like new! I also want to mention Tony Hernandez, who is the Sales Manager. He assisted and oversaw the sale without pressuring anyone! Last but not least..Michael Skobin, who made it a breeze to get through the financial process! Thank you all so much! Ellen R read more

Very polite and friendly staff. Jaren, Sam, Mike and Dave were all exceptional sales men that did not pressure you into anything but remained fully transparent at all times. So, the night I came home from the dealership, Friday 09/13/24 (I was one of their last customers), I received a diagnostic report regarding my rear passenger tire that the pressure was low. That same evening I screenshotted the report and sent it to Jeran (salesman), he replied back around the lines of "easy fix". Nor he or I reached out to each other regarding it. The following day, I put air in the tire and didn't think much of it until a few days ago, Wednesday 10/02/24, my tire pressure was low again, so I screenshotted the diagnostic report and text the salesman that same day. I didn't expect to hear from him that day since it was his day off. So that same night I was at Costco and wanted to make sure my tire was safe (I've had horrible tire issues with my previous car hence why I'm so adamant on getting it dealt with right away). Rudy at Burbank Costco tires (BEST GUY EVER!!!!), was so patient and understanding of my situation. He checked out my tires and said there was a nail in it. Luckily it was in an area where it could be patched! So I sent the pic of the nail to Jeran (salesman), the next day I text Jeran to call me to talk about my concern with the tire. I know that there's no way to prove where that tire came from, I knew that going into the conversation but I find it very coincidental. So Jeran told me that there's nothing he could do (and I get it he's just a salesman) and that it's out of his hands and that I should speak with a manager. So the following day, I reached out to Jeran and he said he'd have a manager call me back (apparently they were busy). A little bit later I'm on speakerphone with Jeran and Mike (manager) at Alexander. He goes through this whole thing with me and I asked if Jeran showed him all the texts of everything that transpired regarding the tire, so to sum up the conversation between Mike and I, because quite honestly he was dancing in circles with his words, he basically said "how do we know that you didn't get that while driving home, you and Jeran should have checked the car out before driving off with it" oh and my favorite part, "ok so you got the tire patched and everything is ok right, so what's the problem?" NOT ONCE did he try to even understand where I'm coming from, he didn't offer ANYTHING, not even a discount of any type towards a new tire!! The lack of compassion customer service was beyond me!!My concern is the longevity of the tire and his concern is not being concerned at all!! I should have gone back to Parkway Motors in Valencia, been getting cars through them for about 10 years, at least they offer free oil changes, Alexander GMC of Simi Valley doesn't offer ANYTHING except crappy customer service, at least from management, Jeran was great!! Friendly advice, if you decide to get a car from here, I suggest you take a mechanic and a spray bottle (to check the tires first any puncture/bubbles) with you to make sure the car is in good condition prior to driving off!! read more

They run a very shady unscrupulous business. Their word means nothing. Their salesman are told to lie to sell cars. Their sales manager, David is unprofessional and very unknowledgeable about how to run a business. Warning stay away from these guys. They also have a dealer in Oxnard. They'll promise you the world they can't deliver on anything. They have no business ethics. The owner doesn't care as as long as they sell cars. There's a lot of other GMC dealerships. I can tell you from first hand experience and hearing all the shady things they do since posting to stay far away. read more

I really wish there was a zero bit unfortunately 1 was the lowest possible review. My experience with Alexander has been absolutely horrible and shocking at the same time . They prided themselves on customer service so I decided to give them my business I purchased a used 2022 gmc Denali diesel truck I did my inspection and things looked great the assured me that the carfax was clean and there was no issues however I couldn't pick up the car for a couple days because they had to clean it up and do the safety inspection . I should have waited to see the final product but I took their word for it and went ahead with the deal . 30 mins after picking up the truck I noticed that the windshield had a crack in it and called immediately with no response over and over I called and got nowhere I then proceeded to put my first tank of fuel in on day two and realized the rear quarter panel of the truck was scuffed and dented to the tune of 4500$ I called again and still no response from the dealer I'm not exactly sure when this happened if it was during that safety inspection or if it was already there but either way I'm stuck with it now . They still have never called me back and sadly after spending 45000$ on a newer vehicle I never got that warm fussy new car feeling the support has been horrible and my overall experience was completely garbage I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and feel that once they get your money they are done with you factory warranty or certified means nothing to them . They did give me a car to use during the 2 days which was a 2016 vw golf that I drove without insurance or good brakes for two days because they wanted to take my 2020 accord hybrid as a trade in which was odd they just seemed to really want to get the deal signed so were willing to do whatever before the purchase it was after that they could care less about me . read more

horrible sales manager and sale people!! bought a used truck with 1100 miles on a Friday night. Truck looked super clean, the next morning I notice all tires had cracked sidewalls and one tire had a 2" gouge. totally unsafe to drive, I immediately called the salesman and sent him pictures. long story short I went back to the dealer and they had me waiting for an hour to tell me that they weren't gonna replace my tires. I just couldn't believe it, i don't know how the technicians that's did the inspection didn't notice the cracks on all tires, I saw his report and all he checked was the tire dept. these people don't care about their customers, bad business! will not recommend this place to no one read more
