While I I totally rated a five for my experience because it was great, I changing my rating to a 3. This change has taken place due to the lack of post purchase follow up calls. There were a few things that we inquired before we left that day and we were promised follow up on. We were told there was no promise that what we were asking for would take place ( which we accepted) but that the PROMISE follow up. We didn't get the follow up call initially as promised so we called them and this time we were told we would get a call back which 3 days later we are still waiting on. It's sad that in person the service is amazing but once you leave you are forgotten read more

1 year ago I posted about the great service I had here. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for my experience this past wednesday (8/4/21). Unbeknownst to me, a small rock must have hit my windshield prior to bringing it in. Kenneth told me that the mechanic noticed it when I dropped off the car, but they never mentioned that to me until I called right after getting it home and saw a big crack in my windshield. Kenneth also told me that washing it in cold water on a hot day, which they did (101 degrees) could enlarge a small crack. I sent pictures via text and was told the manager would call me in the morning. Manager never called, but received a text that claimed they "reviewed their security footage" and said there was no crack and they're not liable- it must've been my own fault & now it's my problem. When I told Kenneth I thought it was a "stress crack" he told me "don't believe everything you read on the internet" If you want your car problems exacerbated, and you want to pay even more to fix their mistakes - and if you love being talked down to; you're going to love Alexander GMC Buick Simi Valley service dept! I just had to replace my entire windshield because they couldn't be bothered to follow their own advice! read more

Dealership tried to get over 25% more for the vehicle than it was advertised for. Very high sleaze factor. Vehicle was damaged and overpriced. Stay away. read more

This is the absolute BEST dealership by far. Tina was and is absolutely AMAZING. I dropped my car off on Monday and was kept updated and communicated with throughout the process. They have been the only service department to find anything and make the fixes they could. They made very detailed notes and were very thorough with their inspection. I will NEVER go back to a Chevy dealership ever again. read more

A great buying experience! I contacted the dealership by internet and received an immediate response from Jairo Gonzalez who did everything he could to accommodate my schedule to go check out a very unique Yukon Denali that I found in their online inventory. Jairo, while relatively new to the dealership, demonstrated that he was genuinely customer oriented. But even more impressive was his product knowledge. I have dealt with so many other sales representatives (now called Product Specialists) over my car-buying years that had no clue what they were selling and showed very little initiative to learn. Not so with Jairo. His knowledge of a complex vehicle was amazing! It was a very pleasant experience made even easier by Jairo's sticking with me exclusively until the visit ended with a purchase and immediate delivery. Alexander GMC and Jairo are a winning team. Thanks for my new Yukon. read more

My experience at Alexander GMC of Simi Valley has been great. They have gone above and beyond to make me happy. Lamel, the sales manager was very helpful in helping me order the truck I wanted. Sam Gambrah in sales was wonderful with all the paperwork and details and also has been very helpful with the few small issues I have had such as getting me a new Sirius radio antenna that wasn't covered by the warranty. Joseph in the service department has also been extremely helpful and supportive, getting me two new wiring harnesses that were eaten by rodents and having my first service done. I also appreciate that they wash my truck every time I pick it up. So far my service and experience has been great and I will continue to drive the extra distance to come back to this dealership. read more

I recently purchased an incredible GMC Canyon and I felt the need to leave a review of this dealership. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and have experience dealing with and negotiating with different dealerships and sales people. I am here to write about how well my wife and I were treated by the sales team, namely Gary Casas and Shawn Etminani. Polite, not aggressive and fully transparent. Shawn really worked different aspects of the deal to ensure we were working within our budget. They both kept their cool and had patience as I also pushed back in my end within the negotiation process. Gary was awesome as he showed the vehicle and ensured my wife and baby were comfortable throughout the process. My hats off the the sales team and thanks again. Loving my new GMC Canyon !! read more

My wife had been looking for a specific Buick Enclave for 3 months. Due to the GM Strike, there were only 2 of the vehicles in Southern California. This store was one of them. We made a call to see if it was available, it was, so we made the 1 hour drive to check it out. It happened to be Valentine's Day and I knew it would be a great surprise for her. We were met by our salesman Bijan, who gave us a very detailed tour of the car and test drive. After some back and forth, we met the Sales Manager, Wayne who took great care of us. They found the interest rate we wanted and were also able to get me the best price we could find anywhere. They didn't try and hide the various promotions and went above and beyond to help us get in the car. The rest of the process was smooth, so we were very pleased with our experience. It's been 3 months since we've had the car and my wife couldn't be happier with it. Thanks to the Alexander team for a quick and painless experience! read more

Man, where do I start. I feel bad for my sales guy. I made this man work. I called him. Missed a few appointments. He kept on calling me to come in. Told me that I wouldn't be wasting my time. I truly didn't believe that I was going to be able to get a deal from him. The money he gave towards my trade is the highest offer compared to the 6 other dealerships I went to. I had truly shopped around. Shopping around and never was able to get the deal I could afford. I was honest with Jeran from the start. He was honest with me during the whole process. Everything he said, he did. He made a deal happen that wasn't doable !!!! I would give him 10 stars if possible. Don't waste your time shopping around give him a call. TIME VALUE OF MONEY. Your time is too valuable. When you have JERAN FERNANDO. You don't need anyone else. 818-437-4082 call him direct. He would call me everyday of the week. To get me into the dealership. I give you full permission to contact him day and night. The same way he did me. Lol good luck on the car shopping. Persistence and consistency. read more

This was the worst place to buy a car, so I didn't. The salesman Larry thought he was to good to deal with us so we left. read more

WORST service department ever. Yelp its time for a ZERO STAR RATING. Service writers are rude, disinterested and do not seem to have a good relationship with the truth. They will say anything when taking in your car and then........ $155.00 by the way to just diagnose your car. If they tell you that you are getting your car back the same day good luck to you. If they tell you that you will have it back the next day good luck. I can tell you not all service departments/dealerships are created equal. They need to get a consultant in here and train their service writers and actually include some Customer Service training. Perhaps they only care about warranty work where they do get a CSI score and not cars that are out of warranty. read more

Went to this dealership ready to purchase a new acadia, however, they are unwilling to work with you on price even after we told them we would gladly pay msrp for the car. Don't buy from here, service is sub par. They're willing to lose the only customer on the lot over a $2,000 markup. Had they been willing to work with us, we would have been the happy owners of a new car. read more

I got my oil change done at Alexander GMC of Simi Valley. I have never had such a great experience with a service department. Robert M. was my service advisor and he was amazing. I appreciate that Robert kept me informed on the status of my car and got me out of there pretty quickly. I will definitely continue bringing my car to Alexander. read more

*****TINA service consultant TINA***** This woman has the worst customer service you can ever experience. She is rude, unprofessional unhelpful, and just does not care about her customers. Remember her name Tina if you have to be forced to go to this place make sure you don't go to her. Go to someone else it is unfortunate that I had to experience this I was without a car for a week due to her inability to service my car just because it was a warranty issue and she wasn't gonna make any money off me!!! it seems to her she only cares about the cell and not the safety of the customer PLEASE DONT EVER GO TO HER!!!! TINA!!!! my safety to her didn't mean anything when she text me. She text me in caps to me. That is her yelling at me over a text playing in simple. This woman is unprofessional route and should not be working there. I don't understand why they keep people like that. I have seen reviews of her, so I'm not the only one that went through this I wish I would have seen it before going to her because it was a big hassle for me. I hope this helps the next person. read more

I had another car in for service and noticed a 2018 Chevy Camaro for sale. Wayne the General Sales Manager was the most rude sales person I have ever dealt with. After several months going back and forth he forgot who I was and tried calling me after a "watch" inquiry online I created. I was on my way from supplier and two other coworkers heard the way he spoke to me and they said to hang up. He then emailed me and said do not ever contact them again. I was approved by my credit union and offered a 3rd party service to handle deal. HORRIBLE. The car was certified but as soon as I had it delivered and went around the block, the engine oil light came on and smelled burning, then noticed one of the lights out. They picked up car same night and said I would have it back "maybe" next day. I advised them that I had a dinner celebration to go to and needed it by 5 pm next day. I had to text to find out where it was! Well it wasn't ready so they gave me a loaner. They knew I had to be at an important dinner and said I needed them there by a certain time. They were late and left the loaner car with 1/4 tank of gas KNOWING I had to drive over 40 miles to this dinner which I was already late for. Next day comes and still no update. I finally text and ask and all I received was we are all good, what time will you be home? The service has been horrendous and DONOT recommend this dealership whatsoever! read more
