Won't be rescheduling. My car broke down last night on my my home the day before my appointment and I reached out letting them know, asking if I could reschedule to Monday or anytime next week so I could figure out my car situation and I got no response. Super wonderful experience! The Shoreline location reminded me of a spa inside, but with cat pictures all around. My kitten needed a sanitary shave and a nail trim. The great recommendation I had received from several sources was well deserved. My cat was well and completely groomed from head to tail. I learned that he can add teeth plack removal for a reasonable additional fee. He carried the cat in his carrier out to my car at the completion of his grooming, which I so appreciated as that is difficult for me to do. Also had a nice little treat bag for us to take. I waited a month to get an appointment with Alex in his Shoreline location -- he's a busy fellow! But the wait was worth it. My kitty had mats in her fur that I just couldn't remove. Alex made her silky smooth. When I arrived, he was holding another cat who was wrapped up in a towel. It was great to see how tenderly he cared for the creature.
