Unfortunately and sadly my experience was not good and I won't be returning. 3 hours is a long time for a 12 week old puppy first off to be at the grooming salon. In addition, when I picked him up, they just let him out of the backroom to roam, I had to ask where his collar and leash were, then she couldn't get the collar on, so I stepped in and put on his buckle collar. He was visibly stressed and overwhelmed. I asked if anyone had taken him out in the 3 hrs, no one knew. So I ran him out, he did both businesses. I went back in and asked another question while I paid about the service, again no one knew who did what. Cut wasn't too bad. Not the worst, not the best. I also asked if on the next one we could shorten the time and services and they said no, so I am going to try somewhere else sadly.

The wound is still pretty fresh and sensitive to touch. Called to ask what happened but they just straight up claimed it didn't happen at their place, no apology or anything. I would have taken an apology, but they just brought out this "it's-your-words-against-mine-what-can-you-do" attitude. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: For full context, we dropped our dog at 9:00AM at the place and picked her up at 3:30PM, for a total of 6.5 hours. The owner is claiming that the wound does not look "fresh" enough to be caused by them. With a 6.5 hour window, I am not sure how "fresh" the wound have to be in order for the owner to start taking responsibilities. I know for a fact this happened at the business. This was my first time having anyone pamper my baby and I can't believe I got so lucky my first try. First he came and sat inside to get acquainted with her before they went down the driveway alone to minimize separation anxiety :) Bella loves pretty much everyone so I knew that wouldn't be as much of an issue for her. Austin also knew I was personally nervous and he actually texted me a few updates right from my driveway- I dang near cried when his first text was complimenting her on ear cleaning. She has chronic infections with age and needs weekly deep cleans. He was happy to use my own ear product just so I could have that peace of mind for her routine. When she came back to the door- she was happy and I was floored!! Smelled and looked beautiful. Was not in distress as you can hopefully tell from these 'after' photos- she could not stop smiling!! I also want to share something I found special about Austin. I mentioned the realistic expectations earlier in the review but this part is important. His complete honestly and care blew me away. At the end, he mentioned that her nails were a bit longer than either of us had hoped. He explained she had quicks that were visibly and surprisingly long so he wanted to err on the side of caution. I know I had been slacking in the nail department, as well as walks for natural filing. But he was in no way accusatory and just wanted to be up-front and that is so important. After he left (Bella did not want to say goodbye) she had more energy than she does after I bathe her myself!!!
