What I loved about Suds is that there's no crate time. They start working on your dog as soon as you drop them off, and you can pick them up about two hours later when they're finished. Our experience was wonderful. Honestly, I was much more nervous than my dog was! The staff were very accommodating and reassured me that they would take things slowly with him. He was quite nervous during the grooming, but they were so patient and caring, and they did an excellent job. I had noticed some older reviews from about two years ago mentioning nips and cuts, which made me a little hesitant. However, our experience was completely different, and I'm so glad we gave them a try. The pricing is a little on the higher side, but I do think you're paying for a more premium, personalized experience. For us, it's absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be coming back, even with the 45-minute drive!

The wound is still pretty fresh and sensitive to touch. Called to ask what happened but they just straight up claimed it didn't happen at their place, no apology or anything. I would have taken an apology, but they just brought out this "it's-your-words-against-mine-what-can-you-do" attitude. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: For full context, we dropped our dog at 9:00AM at the place and picked her up at 3:30PM, for a total of 6.5 hours. The owner is claiming that the wound does not look "fresh" enough to be caused by them. With a 6.5 hour window, I am not sure how "fresh" the wound have to be in order for the owner to start taking responsibilities. I know for a fact this happened at the business. One of our dogs is very high anxiety when it comes to groomers and they've had no issues with him here, which is amazing.
