I will say that I really loved the huge variety of everything in this store. We arrived on a busy Saturday at around noon (won't be doing that again) but easily found a good parking spot in the giraffe lot. I got a cart for my child and it had a baby steering wheel for her to play with to entertain her. You walk in and are instantly overwhelmed by all of the options- in a good and bad way. I don't think the store is messy by any means, it's an organized chaos. We followed the line of people throughout the different sections and strayed away a few times to look at some items. I liked the pickle barrels with 3/$3 whole pickles with different flavors to choose from. There's a HUGE alcohol section so if that is your fancy then you are sure to find what you are looking for there. The customer service was not very good. Workers had AirPods in and when you went to ask a question they acted like you were a huge bother. I will say that the bartenders at the random bars across the store were so nice. Maybe because a difference in roles? Not sure. What REALLY left a huge distaste in my mouth was the cashier and his helper that was bagging groceries. On my receipt it says Walter. I got up to him and said hello and he stared straight at me. After he was done scanning he didn't say anything at all he was just waiting for my card. My mom was right behind me with her items and got the same treatment. She even inquired about what rang up as $32 because it looked like a candy that was scanned came up as that much and he just stared at her as well. No troubleshooting, no help at all whatsoever. It was honestly like talking to a wall. His bagger also had the same attitude but both had no issue speaking to the cashier in the next lane when they had a question amongst themselves. You could just clearly tell they'd rather be literally anywhere else than working on a Saturday. It was honestly ridiculous to be ignored so blatantly like that. Overall if you need any type of grocery under the sun I would say come here. Don't come on the weekend though. I'd maybe come on a weekday during non peak hours and for sure won't be asking for help from any employee.

(The man's lifeblood). The store also used to carry VHS tapes from Greece and cassettes for purchase and rental, as well as icons and church incense. Upon my return to Finneytown for the first time since I was a teenager, my husband and I stopped by Audrey's (no longer technically Audrey's, the store's switched owners twice since the nineties; it is now owned by another member of the significant Greek community in the area). The store hasn't changed in size--it is not big at all--and not much in appearance either, although it is clean-looking and smelling and a little less cluttered than I remember. Its selection, while certainly not enormous, is delightfully varied for its smallness. Beyond feta and olives, the store also carries: *a wide range of different jams (we nabbed an intriguing fig and sesame jam to take home) *candied fruits and nuts, from rose petals to pistachios to eggplant--yes, candied eggplant--to quince to figs to lemons to walnuts. As my grandpa says, Greeks will candy anything, including goat poops, if they were to be so inclined. *halvas (different brands and different flavors: pistachio, cocoa-swirled, almond) *a couple of cases of imported juices in flavors like tart cherry and apricot *pantry staples including dried and canned beans, tahini, a number of shapes and sizes of macaronis, trahana made with both sweet and sour milk, olive oils, and vinegars *imported cookies and crackers (sweet and savory) and pasteli/sesame candies from Greece and throughout the Middle East *prepared foods, including Lenten faves, like spanakorizo The fun items and friendly service made my return, over a decade later, memorable and sweet. Last year a Holiday Package of Clearbrook Farms jams was mistakenly delivered to my house. I…read morecalled them to let them know about the error and they told me they'd correct the error, but to keep the package! Yes! This was secretly what I was hoping for. I love jam, but I don't really buy any since my pantry is typically well-stocked with my grandma's homemade jams and jellies. These Clearbrook jams were a treat! Each jar I open seems to be better than the last. I first opened the Strawberry. Great, fresh flavor. Bright red color. I even used it in the icing for a Strawberry/Cream Cheese cake. The color held in the icing. Second, I opened the Red Tart Cherry. Cherry jam holds a special spot in my heart since I love my grandma's cherry jam made from cherries picked out of her own tree. This one did not disappoint. I used it for buttered toast and PB&Cherry Jam Mantou. I even used it for my highest Jam Honor - on my homemade whole wheat bread. I was sad the day I ran out. I wasn't sad for long because that was also the day I opened the Marion Blackberry jar. Seedless. Intense. I first put it in some greek yogurt for breakfast. Bullseye. It was a perfect match. I'm currently in the process of finding other uses for this awesome Blackberry jam. Clearbrook products can be found around the city at places like Servatii's, Sur La Table, Graeter's, etc. They make finding them easy with a 'product locator' on their website. Even though the price points are a little higher, the jars will last for up to a year in the fridge (yeah, good luck making it last that long) and so far I've found success throwing them into different recipes and confections. The website indicates that you do not need to store the preserves in the fridge as long as you keep them well sealed and free of any foreign particles. I didn't take this advice because, well, that's weird to me. Unfortunately, the cherry jam crystallized a little. It was a bummer. Maybe next time I'll have the guts to store at room temperature.
