I think the problem may be that they don't like the presentation and it's too much liquid for their cups. The decor is so bright and cheerful. I love the yellow. It's the perfect shade. What dims that color is how filthy the place is. The trash cans were overflowing and the floor was very visibly dirty, with a few napkins and receipts also on the floor. We were there for at least 40 minutes. I never saw anyone even wipe down a table. It was busy at times, but there were also slow times and the staff just stood behind the counter and talked with each other. I'm hoping it was just an off day and it's cleaner when you visit.
