Great place! I've been wanting to try out Alberta's for some time now and so glad I did. The restaurant was cute and had a laid back vibe. Service was attentive and quick. The food was delicious. My favorites were the foccocia with whipped ricotta and the cry baby pizza. The pizza was crispy and flavorful. Definitely can't wait to come back!

Recently went here on a double date. It was perfect. Neighborhood gem: dim lighting feels romantic but also it had a very laid back feel. Za was excellent, my favorite is the margarita! Dirty Martini alert here

Hot Sopp pizza

Hot sopp is the best pizza! The service was standard and it was a slower night. We got the focaccia this time to try it and it was underbaked and gummy and definitely not focaccia. The zucchini fries were outstanding. The pizza was great as always. One of our favorite date night spots in the city

Amazing! My partner and I both loved this place! The servers were great, oysters on point, artichoke app was delish and the pizza was awesome. The cocktails were also great. Definitely recommend and also super busy so make a rezy.

This spot is so cute! The interior design is gorgeous and they have a cute outdoor dining space out front too. I really liked the wine here, the Sauvignon blanc was awesome. I love seeing the giant wood fired oven in the back! The pizza was pretty good, everyone at my table liked their food. The bread was really good. The tiramisu was awesome too! Service was good too! Definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the North Side and want some thin Neopolitan style pizza.

Alberta's always hits - their entire menu is chef's kiss - my highlights include primo spritz and yacht rot cocktails, the white boy pizza (pictured), Caesar salad, meatballs, and tiramisu cup

I've been waiting to try Alberta's for so long and finally got a reservation last night with some girlfriends. We ordered the cauliflower gratin special, the Genny, and white boy pizzas. And the ricotta pumpkin pie for dessert was the perfect night cap! Everything was delicious!! Tip: order the whipped ricotta and hot honey for dippin. The cider haus cocktail was fresh and crisp- exactly what I was looking for to celebrate the fall weather. Hoping to come back to dine at the bar next time!

White Boy with Arugula

I went here for a dinner with friends to celebrate my birthday and it was lovely. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the "white boy" pizza with arugula and we shared a large Caesar salad and the frito misto. The Caesar salad was one of the best I've had...very fresh and made with homemade dressing. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed a cozy evening indulging in the good stuff at Alberta's pizza in Pittsburgh's north side. Cool vibes. Service moved at a good pace. Delicious cocktails & wood-fired pizza.

Have enjoyed Alberta's pizza from the food truck, now have a brick and mortar location. Staff was great! There is a lunch and a dinner menu. Was there for lunch and ordered the Hot Sopp pizza. Really nicely cooked and nice combo of flavors. Looking to come back for dinner and trying other items on the menu. There is a 20% service fee so no tipping.

The menu spread is very good and the pizza is fantastic. Ordered the marg pizza with sides such as smoked trout salad and whole sardines. Dining area is darkly lit and vibe leaned a bit pretentious as a few others have mentioned to me prior. Always enjoyed the food truck pies. Kind of prefer the food truck to the indoor seating experience personally.

They were an exceptional food truck for 7 years, now they are a restaurant that's been open about a month. I was impressed by the food, the wine list, the staff and the ambiance. They have a traditional wood fired pizza oven, and the pizza is amazing. We also had the oysters and they were great (our server said the oysters were from Maine). The Calamari was delicious and the serving size was generous.

Finally tried Albertas!! Staff greeted us right away and took us to our table. We started with the cod croquettes, which will be added to the menu you want I believe next week and the calamari small plate. Both we good but we LOVED the cod croquettes! After that we shared pizzas- a margarita pizza and a sausage pizza. Absolutely loved the lighting and overall ambiance. Our server, Zen, was so sweet and I will be back to try her Zen's Za pizza!

Some of the best pizza I've had in Pittsburgh. Had the white boy and jabrobi. Both were perfect. Would recommend a thousand times over.

This pizza is sooooo good. I am always checking to see where Alberta's is being served. Goes down great with a beer or two, as well.

I had the marinara pizza. As a vegan, it is nice that they include a vegan option in their menu. The pizza was tasty and I enjoyed it a lot!

We stepped into this cute little place and we were greeted by a friendly employee who answered all my questions & found us somebody that could take out to go order & get us moving I had a gluten free biscuit with egg, cheddar & sausage patty, which is made in house. In fact, this was not my first time attempting to come here. I had arrived many other times and circled for a while and couldn't find parking or I would finally find parking and the line would be down outside the door. Clearly the universe was in a good mood this Sunday, because I rolled up and snagged a parking spot directly in front of the door. I felt chosen. Blessed. Like the biscuit gods had opened a portal just for me. Inside, there was no line! I manifested that on my drive in. As soon as I walked in, A super-friendly guy was cleaning tables and handed me a menu and told me to order at the counter. By the time I was done ordering a seat had become available. On to the food & beverages. I will be honest: I'm a certified coffee snob, so the iced coffee wasn't my soulmate. But the hibiscus tea? A floral little hug. Loved it. The corned beef hash with chimichurri was incredible. The biscuit that came with it? I crowned it with a glorious drizzle of sausage gravy, and suddenly I understood why people wait in long lines for this place. I would too. Happily. Then I tried the fried chicken biscuit with honey and butter plus a side of home potatoes, and let me tell you! That chicken biscuit could fix broken hearts. Those potatoes could end political conflicts. The whole meal was outrageously good. Believe. The. Hype. If there had been a wait, I now know it would have been worth every minute. Honestly, I might line up next time just for the full dramatic experience.

Everything on the menu is connected to mindful eating, loving and appreciating yourself, and improving your health and the way you feel about yourself. That sounds pretty heavy, but I recommend that you try it. It may not change your life, but at least you can appreciate how delicious it is, and how vibrant and healthy you feel after eating it. All the ingredients are fresh and healthy, you couldn't ask for anything more. Bottom line, it tastes fantastic.

So, actually a guy at the information booth was eating something from here and I asked him where he got it from because it looked very good and he recommended them to me. So we headed their way. Tbh: Every place that we wanted to eat at had a line 25-50 deep and we were super hungry and their line was only like 5-7 people deep which was a blessing. First off, the service in general was kind of crappy, but I understand as it was a hot and very busy day and from what they told my gf at the time they were getting low on food as well and only had a couple items that were left from the menu. After deciding what we wanted which was one of three things my gf at the time ordered us the Mac and Cheese and a container of ranch to take home while I looked for a place for us to eat. So after they handed her our food we headed over to an area with tables and chairs to eat the Mac and Cheese. I must say we both thoroughly enjoyed every single bit of it and my gf at the time isn't even vegan. So that says a lot! I highly recommended it :) FYI: The person who took her order also forgot to give her the container of ranch she paid for. I wasn't made aware that she purchased it until afterwards because my gf at the time wanted to surprise me but they didn't give her a receipt so she had no proof. Oh well, you live and learn, sadly! The vibe on this day was on point so we let the little things go in regards to the crappy service and the shorting us of an overpriced container of ranch fall to the wayside and continued on with our wonderful day, smiling and enjoying the amazing festival and area. If I decide to stop by your food trailer again this year at the festival or whenever I am somewhere you are posted up in front of, I hope you make up for your mistakes from last year because that's the right thing to do.

Christie (@cmnst4 ), the owner, was genuinely so kind when we talked about coming in-warm, easy to chat with, and proud of what they've built. That energy carries through because the staff was extremely friendly and honestly couldn't wait to make up my order. I love that it's an open kitchen. You can see them pressing tortillas, building everything fresh, and actually talk to them while they're making your food. It feels interactive and intentional instead of rushed. We tried a handful of things, but I have to specifically mention the chicken tacos on a corn shell and the quesadilla because they were exactly what I wanted-flavorful, fresh, and done right. Not over-the-top, not trying too hard. Just solid food made by people who care. And that's the kind of spot I'll go back to.
