We stepped into this cute little place and we were greeted by a friendly employee who answered all my questions & found us somebody that could take out to go order & get us moving I had a gluten free biscuit with egg, cheddar & sausage patty, which is made in house. We waited 10 min and took our sandwiches to go It was piping hot & so good! Was a little tough to eat as I walked but I managed to inhale the WHOLE thing :)

In fact, this was not my first time attempting to come here. I had arrived many other times and circled for a while and couldn't find parking or I would finally find parking and the line would be down outside the door. Clearly the universe was in a good mood this Sunday, because I rolled up and snagged a parking spot directly in front of the door. I felt chosen. Blessed. Like the biscuit gods had opened a portal just for me. Inside, there was no line! I manifested that on my drive in. As soon as I walked in, A super-friendly guy was cleaning tables and handed me a menu and told me to order at the counter. By the time I was done ordering a seat had become available. On to the food & beverages. I will be honest: I'm a certified coffee snob, so the iced coffee wasn't my soulmate. But the hibiscus tea? A floral little hug. Loved it. The corned beef hash with chimichurri was incredible. The biscuit that came with it? I crowned it with a glorious drizzle of sausage gravy, and suddenly I understood why people wait in long lines for this place. I would too. Happily. Then I tried the fried chicken biscuit with honey and butter plus a side of home potatoes, and let me tell you! That chicken biscuit could fix broken hearts. Those potatoes could end political conflicts. The whole meal was outrageously good. Believe. The. Hype. If there had been a wait, I now know it would have been worth every minute. Honestly, I might line up next time just for the full dramatic experience.

Christie (@cmnst4 ), the owner, was genuinely so kind when we talked about coming in-warm, easy to chat with, and proud of what they've built. That energy carries through because the staff was extremely friendly and honestly couldn't wait to make up my order. I love that it's an open kitchen. You can see them pressing tortillas, building everything fresh, and actually talk to them while they're making your food. It feels interactive and intentional instead of rushed. We tried a handful of things, but I have to specifically mention the chicken tacos on a corn shell and the quesadilla because they were exactly what I wanted-flavorful, fresh, and done right. Not over-the-top, not trying too hard. Just solid food made by people who care. And that's the kind of spot I'll go back to.

The fish taco might as well have been made with a fish stick from the freezer aisle. The two different vegetarian tacos were fine, but somewhat bland. The Dino bowl seemed like it might be some sort of salad bowl, but the lettuce was overwhelmed and wilted while the other ingredients lacked much brightness. The various salsas were fine, but more salty than flavorful. The side of black beans might have actually been the ironic star of the show. In terms of of the overall experience, we ordered takeout and were very happy with the overall process. The online ordering page was straightforward and made it easy to customize each dish. The order was ready exactly when it was supposed to be, and the staff were all very pleasant. If you're hungry after a night out, this might be a reasonable destination for tacos and Mexican-adjacent cuisine. Probably not the kind of place that you really want to seek out.
