I appreciate that the stadium is so close to the Light Rail stop, making it easy to avoid the parking issues other reviewers mention. We arrived fairly early for the ceremony, and were able to grab some solid seats in the shade. There are several concession stands and other food options surrounding the seating, and we found the prices to be pretty typical compared to other sporting venues. The concession stands were mostly well stocked ... with the exception of soft pretzels, which ran out before the ceremony began, and we were told to go check another stand after waiting in a 20 minute line. No thanks, we don't need a pretzel that badly! Entering the stadium was no problem, as there was a steady flow of folks filing in without any major slow-downs. Exiting, however, was a different story. This may just be par for the course with graduation, but the exit stairs were completely full, and felt rather unsafe. I'm not sure the best solution for this, but it's something to note, especially if you're claustrophobic.

It was so fun and such a memorable experience. 100% recommend taking your kids to get autos, run around for pop flies and just enjoy the vibes. I wish I came here as a kid. If your thinking its going to be hot, just plan ahead with the weather and also book evening games. Scottsdale Stadium feels historic and just feels right! It felt like a true mini Giants stadium with merch stands, Giants decor, this is due to this being one of the very few stadiums that's not shared. Plenty of concessions with a variety of types of food too. The slope of grass in the back has a bunch of families set up with blankets to enjoy the game too. Overall easy to navigate!! Food was not too bad here too! They have some long hot dogs that a lot of people were getting. We got some island noodles that was okay, it was supposed to be soba noodles but it was basically just chicken chow mein. A tip for the stadium is that they have free refill stations so you can bring an empty water bottle to fill up!

It still felt like a MLB game just on a more personal level. Our tickets were in Charro Lodge at the Scottsdale Stadium. It was really easy to find where we needed to go and get lined up for food/drinks. Kids loved the Mac n cheese, Chicken tenders, fresh fruit and of course Sprite. My husband and I enjoyed Hamburgers, Fries and the drink selection. There was a lot of covered seating with umbrellas but the sun does sneak through making some spots hot to sit at. We had a pretty good view of the outfield and enjoyed watching the game. Everyone seemed really excited to be there and enjoyed mingling. Thank you, it was a great afternoon.

It is an indoor multipurpose arena with 5,000 seats and is home to ASU men's ice hockey, women's ice hockey, women's volleyball, and men's wrestling as well as the NBA G League's Valley Suns. Mullett Arena also was a temporary venue for the NHL Arizona Coyotes for several years. I actually stopped by Mullett Arena today for some ASU graduation festivities. It was the Sun Devil Athletics Stole Ceremony. From the comfortable seating and concourse around the inside of the arena, this arena was laid out well and served as a great event space. Some other events taking place over the next few months include the Arizona Juggernauts arena football games, the Stifel Stars on Ice, and the Riot Games LCS Spring Finals (two days). and the World Hip Hop Dance Championship. Clearly, the space can be used for a lot of different purposes. The Mountain America Community Iceplex at ASU is the ice rink on the west side of Mullett Arena. It has a concession stand for hot and cold refreshments and a full hockey pro shop. Temporary locker rooms were also setup for visiting teams when the Coyotes played there. The building also housed all of the on-site NHL training and locker room facilities during the Coyotes' temporary stay at the Mullett Arena. The arena is a great place to be for many different sorts of events, and it's still a rather new complex! I certainly recommend it.

Our son is a baseball fanatic and we knew he would have a blast here. As a pitcher, he LOVED the pitching cage. The cage measures your pitch speed and also scores based on your accuracy. What a fun concept. In addition, there are a good amount of batting cages. Each cage is equipped with different sized bats and a helmet. You may also bring your own gear as well. There are softball and baseball cages and speeds of 50 - 80 MPH. We all had a fun time practicing our swings with the virtual pitcher. * Note: Batting cage for left handed hitters is cage 9. There are basketball games in the back along with bowling lanes and arcade games in the facility. Our 5 year old loved the driving games. We couldn't believe the great deal that they have. For $64.99, you can get 90 minutes of unlimited free play for 4 people with a pizza and choice of drink. Yes, UNLIMITED. It was a perfect choice for our family of four. The customer service was top notch and very informative / detailed. Huge thanks and props to Talon for all of his help and ensuring that we enjoyed our time at Taroko!! He was so great and so patient for answering our many questions. Taroko will definitely be a regular stop for us when we are in AZ. It is a perfect spot for tons of family fun for all ages. Because lets face it, no one wakes up…read morein the morning and says, "I am in the mood to run around in little circles as fast as I can for an hour!" No. It takes a lot of will power to drag yourself to the track in the morning and thus we should be able to check in and say, "LOOK AT ME. I AM AT THE TRACK." If you are looking for a place to do speed work, or just enjoy running in circles, this track is pretty nice. It has a little squish to it unlike older tracks. ASU unlocks the gates at 6am (or earlier) and does not enforce parking until 7am. This gives non-students a solid hour of track use. If you are a glutton for punishment, you can also run up the bleachers, plus it is a quarter mile away from A Mountain. There are bathrooms under the bleachers that are unlocked, plus a drinking fountain. There are probably other times the track is accessible and empty, but I am a morning runner so I can only speak about the morning.

ASU charges extra to designate handicap spots and the meet planner didn't buy them. YOU WILL NEED A DRIVER TO DROP YOU OFF AT THE GATE AND THEN PARK. THE PATH TO THE BLEACHERS IS UNPAVED. Dirt and broken blacktop. THERE IS NO HANDICAP BATHROOM. There is a step up into the bathroom and all the stalls are too small to admit a knee scooter, wheelchair, or stroller. There is only one entrance to buy tickets and it is 100 yards to the bleachers. THERE IS A CLEAR BAG POLICY. Didn't know that? Good luck getting back to your car to dump out your purse!
