Open Mic nights are twice a month. Live music is scheduled every Friday and Saturday. They host Women Wine Wednesdays on the first Wednesday of the month featuring local women owned businesses where you can sip while you shop. The service is extremely hospitable and personal. Staff members Jen and Eric are amazing at exploring individual tastes and suggesting the perfect wine out of the extensive menu. The creation of Cork2Glass is beautiful, the space was developed to share the sense of wonder that comes with opening a wine bottle. You get to learn the story each glass is telling because every vineyard has a rich history. This is a cozy gathering spot for wine lovers without the intimidation or pretension. Everyone can enjoy a glass! Bottles are reasonably priced and there is a huge, high quality variety. However, if you feel like splurging, they have a cellar of high end wines that are a perfect gift or way to commemorate a special occasion. If the options are too overwhelming there are multiple wine flights to choose from. They also offer beer or non-alcoholic beverages if wine isn't your passion but you still want to visit. I'll be bringing all my friends here and taking advantage of the amazing community built here at all the wonderful events!

We arrived early, mainly to have a bite to eat before the tasting. Not a whole lot of food available, so we shared a couple of sandwiches. Not great, but it hit the spot. They need more food selections! The wine tasting event was first class all the way. A Winebow distributor presentation of wines from Tuscany. Very well presented, the wines presented were very good. The presenter offered extensive knowledge of the area and wineries included in the tasting. The Wine Cellar provided a nice space, somewhat small for the number in attendance. There was a cheese and charcuterie plate on each table. Really nice was the fact that the staff opened and poured the reds about one hour before the class started, giving the bold wines a change to open up a bit before the tasting started. All in all a wonderful evening. The wines presented were all very good. The Wine Cellar has a first-class wine list, comprising some of the "best of the best" from around the world... and at reasonable prices too! Recommend The Wine Cellar for a glass, a bottle, or a wine tasting class!

It's still as gorgeous as I remember it. The cafe/restaurant is now a full blown dining experience. There is a calm and serene butterfly garden. Tasting room inside. The estate is split between a wine tasting side and a cafe side, which makes for a flexible visit. The cafe side features live music, good food, and a relaxed setup. It is the ideal spot if you already know what bottle you want, though if you prefer to sample a few options first, they encourage tasting at the winehouse across the parking lot. The tasting room is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and elegant, styled with a warm Tex-Mex architectural feel. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, though the Texas heat made staying inside an easy choice for us. The place was pretty filled, attracting a diverse crowd ranging from groups to couples, proving it's suitable for everyone. They even have a separate private dining room setup. The wine experience was good. They offer a few different flight packages to choose, and we opted for the Texas lineup, which yielded some local picks. It is a welcoming stop out in the Hill Country whether you are dropping in for a quick tasting or staying for lunch.

Wow! What an incredible experience at Sixty Vines in The Domain!…read more We made our reservation through OpenTable and mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. When we arrived at our table, we were surprised with a handwritten Happy Anniversary postcard and a beautifully presented gift--such a thoughtful touch that immediately made the evening feel special. Our server, Polina, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to learn what styles of wine we enjoy and brought us a few samples before helping us choose an amazing wine flight. Her recommendations were spot-on! We also enjoyed a custom charcuterie board and the prosciutto & fig pizza, both of which were outstanding. To top it all off, Andrew, the manager, stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. We loved learning about Sixty Vines' unique wine-on-tap program and appreciated their commitment to sustainability, including composting food scraps. (They didn't have much to compost from our table--maybe a bite or two of pizza crust! ) The only disappointing part of the evening was that we had tickets to a show and couldn't stay longer to explore more of their incredible wine selection. That's just another reason we'll definitely be back!

First, the food was excellent. The Caesar was delicious, the fries were great and I was especially impressed with how seriously they handled my celiac/GF needs. Our server was knowledgeable about cross-contamination, and the manager personally brought out my meal and made sure I knew everything had been prepared safely. Always a huge win for me. Now, the wine flight. Dear god. Since it was evening and they couldn't make the espresso martini decaf (which did make me wonder whether they're using fresh espresso...), I went with the three-wine flight. The wines are pre-selected and, unfortunately, they were BAD. I genuinely couldn't drink the first one. The second, a rosé, was at least palatable but nowhere near cold enough. The final wine, a Malbec, was easily the best of the three, but by that point the bar was approximately on the floor. Thankfully, the actual wine list at Sixty Vines is incredible. I abandoned the flight, ordered glasses of wines I actually wanted to drink and all was right with the world again. Overall, the vibes were great, the food was delicious, the staff was fantastic about gluten free / celiac safety and the wines I chose myself were excellent. I'll absolutely be back. Next time, though, I'm skipping the special and ordering everything individually so I'm never again subjected to the mystery trio of wines they've decided constitutes Girl Dinner.
