I am not sure the name of the lady that was assisting us after the exam to choose the frames. Her customer service was awful and i would not go back to this practice. In this business it is all about customer service and the tone she was using was very demeaning and made us feel like we were there for FREE service. When i called 2 weeks later to request a copy of the prescription i was told that "they don't just give out copies like that". I also requested to have it mailed out to me and i was told "i will mail it when i can" This is an unacceptable way for an office staff to deal with a customer. I would not recommend using this practice unless they change their attitude towards people from other nationalities.

There is a wonderful all-female vibe in the office. They also have a great selection of frames (although most are expensive, even at Target frames can be expensive). Understanding the insurance benefits allows the office to provide services that presumably many people decline because they don't have sufficient coverage.
