He took the time to show me the images he took of my eyeballs, walk through what the problem was (wearing contact lenses for too long), and put me at ease from beginning to end. The wait time wasn't bad at all. I was seen very close to my appointment time and was out of there in under half an hour. Not to mention there were quite a few parking spots right in front of the office. The office is very clean and modern-looking. All in all, this was a much more pleasant experience than the eye office I usually go to (Boston Eye in Brookline, where you can wait close to up an hour to see a doctor and there's no validation for parking).

Well Modern Eyes solves that problem by giving you an amazing experience at each step of the process. The initial exam was done by a student that's looking to be an Eye Dr. and she was very thorough. The eye DR was excellent he took his time and actually explained things. The last person was Elliot the technician that helps with the glasses and this gentleman sets the bar for the level of care and service that you should receive. This place is amazing.
