Gee, I wonder why, maybe because HUNDREDS of people had been trying them on until someone with Masshealth came in and you knew you could shove them off on them. I saved my script and ordered online at zeelool and I'll never look back. I was able to get three pairs of strong, sturdy, fashionable frames for less than $100. Much better than the highway robbery that occurred at this doctor's office. Shame on you for taking advantage of a disabled person.

Not really anyone's fault, but, it didn't quite lend itself to a five star experience. Dr. Palumbo was great. She wasn't scary AT ALL. She answered all my stupid questions (and my smart ones too), and she got me in and out pretty damn fast. She has that new machine that takes pictures of your eyeballs, so they don't have to dilate your eyes and ruin your day. I highly recommend it! Sure, online is cheaper, but due to the variables, I have come to the conclusion it's not worth it unless you know the frame fit and have a simple correction.
