Our audio was kept at a low volume, much quieter than the restaurant's music. To make matters worse, at lunchtime several dishes listed on the menu were unavailable. Our visit was disappointing. While a few dishes were good, much of the food was average and not worth the price. What stood out even more was the service. The staff was not welcoming or friendly, and they seemed unwilling to accommodate a reasonable request that had been arranged in advance. Instead of making us feel like valued guests, they made us feel like an inconvenience. I ordered the mix plate to go at Shawarma Center with the usual fixings. It was satisfactory. Better than say the shawarma at most halal trucks but certainly not the best tasting in town. That title still goes to Tashkent in my opinion.
