Went to get a few keys cut here: 2 Car keys, 1 house key. The guy said that I'd have to bring the car in order to get the car key cut. When questioning it, he stated it was to "test" the key. Understandable but, just cut the key and I'll deal with it if, in the slim chance, the key doesn't work. After cutting it, I inspected the key. Literally cut the key on a completely wrong key. When I told him, he denied cutting it wrong. Again- a literal wrong key with different (noticeable) grooves. He took the key back and cut it on the correct key. As I was walking out, I noticed that the HOUSE key was copied onto a wrong key as well. Again, different noticeable grooves in the key. They insisted that the type of key we brought in was the "same thing" as the key they provided. But again, they had to take the key back to copy it on the right key. Either they cut the key wrong in defiance because I insisted on them copying the key without the presence of my car or they simply don't what they're doing. I'd understand if it was Blah Blah Insurance and Locksmith but to be a dedicated locksmith company is inexcusable. On top of that, they overcharge to copy keys. Give me a break. Good thing they messed up twice so that they eat the cost instead of the customer. read more

I went in to get a key and remote made for my vehicle. They told me to come in and they would get it done. When I got there there was another person ahead of me. It only took about 20 minutes for them to finish up that customer and get me a new key and remote. I had a issue with one of the locks on the vehicle, but because they were so busy the guy working there told me that they could get the lock replaced, but to bring it back after an hour since they had to do something off-site. I called back in an hour and was told they they couldn't fix the lock on my vehicle, even though they had told me they could previously. I wasn't too happy about that which is why I took off one star. read more

I sent out a request for pricing through yelp and this company got back to me right away and had a better price than all the other companies. The employee was super nice, and was quick. My car key stopped remotely opening the doors and disengaging the alarm. Of course when I got to Auto Key World it worked just fine but I had them make me a new key and remote combo and the bonus was they were able to make one where the key folds into the remote to save me space in my pocket and keep me from getting poked by the long key. I needed a key duplicated for my car. I was going to do it myself but upon further reading reviews, it wasn't going to work out; so I decided to go with a professional. Several Yelp inquiries later I ended up going with this location. I'm not normally on this side of town but happened to be headed that direction that particular day anyway. WOW! This is the spot I'll be going to for any future key/key fob related problems. Let me first start by saying I went to the Infiniti Dealership in Monrovia and they quoted me 160$ just to DIAGNOSE what was wrong with the key FOB. The salesman then proceeded to tell me if there's any reprogrommaing or replacement needed it will be an additional 300$. So.. total like maybe $500-600 after tax. SOOOOO RIDICULOUS!! LUCKILY I found this place.. the owner picked up my call quickly and helped with any questions I had.
